So it's been a while since I've ordered from here, but when I do order, I usually get the same thing, the steak sandwich. Now the food tastes good, and my boyfriend's meal was a decent portion, I'll give them that, but my sandwich on the other hand, was quite weak. First off, the price went up...ok, I get inflation, especially this day in age. The price went up $1 since 2019, not really that big of a deal, but it's not necessarily a cheap sandwich either. The price of just the sandwich, no sides included, is $15.95. The steak on the larger side of the sandwich(they cut it in half on a piece of French bread), was thinner than my finger so under 1/2 inch thick,  2.75 inches long, and 2 inches wide. It was near the same size as the cup of garlic aioli that came with it.  The taste of the sandwich was good, but unless they change the size of the steak in this sandwich, it's definitely not worth it. I would not recommend this sandwich, and more than likely won't be heading back anytime soon as this is the main thing I would come here for. Picture of the same sandwich I ordered over 2 years ago also pictured. Steak in older picture was twice as thick in size, if not more. Absolutely not worth the price being charged for this sandwich, and it's double the price of any sandwich on their menu.

We went to enjoy a Mother’s Day lunch at Pronto’s. We were not disappointed! They greeted is at the door and the lovely moms in our group received a rose from the staff as we were seated. We sat our server was attentive and pleasant as we ordered drinks. The mudslide and blue voodoo were tasty options that we indulged in. They supplied hot bread and butter for us while we waiting. We ordered the fried zucchini as a starter and we enjoyed them. They’re hot when brought out, so keep yourself off them until they cool down. We ordered an 18” pizza with a couple of toppings and they made it exactly how we like it. For dessert we had the flourless chocolate cake and it was delectable. We were very pleased with the service and food that we received at this family owned business. We will be back for more!

Pronto's has good food and a good vibe. They have carry out, dine in, outdoor seating, and a bar area with plenty of TVs to watch sports. Our waitress was new but friendly and food came out fairly fast. We ordered breadsticks and a 12" one-topping pizza which was plenty for two. They have several crust options from very thin to deep dish. We ordered thin, but next time we will get very thin because we like it a little more crispy. We sat in the dining in area which was clean and modern with several TVs showing MLB and NBA games. All the employees wore masks and they observed healthy social distancing practices. They had beer in the can that was cheaper than soda and some delicious looking desserts, so save some room. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

I order from them all the time. It took me three years after moving to the burbs from Chicago to find a place I liked. It's my favorite Italian joint in the suburbs now. Priced just right, fast delivery, and very clean and friendly physical restaurant site. There are some fancier and more expensive places in the area, but honestly...they don't even hold a candle to Prontos!! I also had their catered food a few times, same tasty goodness as going to the physical restaurant, no quality spared. If you haven't been here, do check it out, you won't be disappointed. The reviews are real for sure !

Edit: these guys go above and beyond, to make their customers happy. Since my post, they've delivered items not on the menu, as well as made not on the menu food for my coworker. You guys rock, thank you!

Edit 8/2021: The food quality and consistently has definitely gone down. So the portions seems have been reduced by half and pricing has gone up. We no longer frequent this place. -3 stars ⭐️

Edit: The food is 30% volume of what it was, with 30-50% price hike. That's not what bothers me though. It's the quality. They went from 9 to 2/3. Meh. I'll just drive to Chicago for the grub when the...

Went in tonight for dinner, not sure if they were short staffed or just that busy on a Tuesday. But despite that, everything was fantastic. Our server Tina was clearly a pro. Handling multiple tables, including a large party that sat right after us, all while training a new server. As an 18 year service industry vet myself, I know what she was handling and she made it look so easy. At no point did she look frazzled or in a bad mood or try to rush us. Multitasking queen that woman. We wanted for nothing the whole time we were there. She even slowed down to chat for a minute towards the end when she realized I was pregnant. Our food came out fast despite how busy it was. The gentleman I’m assuming was the manager was in the thick of everything: hosting, bussing, running food and drinks, taking drink orders, helping wherever he could. Everyone seemed to be helping everyone as a cohesive team should be doing.

Hats off to the staff working tonight. You all...
