Avoid!!!!!!!! Do not waste your time or money here!!! I’m honestly just shocked and appalled in the worst possible way. Paid over $46 for 2 burger meals and the smallest lemonades ever despite being up charged for them at $3.09 each. So disappointed beyond words. Why would I spend $50 on a meal for 2 people to get tiny drinks, overcooked and under salted fries, and soggy burgers. My bun was literally wet and coming apart! Why??? Y’all apparently washed but didn’t dry your lettuce? Also for paying almost $20 a burger you’d expect some toppings. But nope. One thin slice of tomato that doesn’t even cover 1/3 of the burger is all you get. I’m also shocked that the drive thru person felt fine with charging us over $3 extra per order for a LARGE lemonade and then giving us size small? He mumbled something about cup sizes? Excuse me, I work in the service industry and I would NEVER be ok with ripping someone off like that! You don’t have large cups? Here’s 2 smalls. Or at least a medium! I saw medium sized cups waiting to be picked up behind the window, but this guy didn’t care about us. He just handed us the smallest size possible and closed the window so we couldn’t ask questions.

Not to mention these disgusting fries. The drive thru was busy so you’d expect the fries to be fresh but nope. They were over-fried, so crispy they didn’t have any potato left inside, and somehow completely cold. And apparently they forgot to put salt on their fries bc I didn’t see one single granule.

This is the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had from a Carl’s Jr , but this has ruined it for me. Maybe if they invited me back for a free meal I’d give them a second chance but I will not waste another hard earned dollar of mine at this sad excuse for...

This location located at the tanger outlets in Phoenix near the Glendale stadium, we were there today I had a big group with me of family n my kids and wife, we ordered around 50$ of food so when we got ready to pay my sister and I both took out money to pay the amount so my sis put down around 45$ buck n I put down 100$ at the same time n when I turned around to hand my sister back her cash the worker there her name is Ann she grabbed (stole) my 100$ n claimed she did not grab it so we checked around the counter if it fell to the ground clearly it was not on the floor nor did I pick it up so she clearly took it I seen her grab it, so then I asked her to take Amount due out of the 100$ that she grabbed n she just kept saying she dident have it so we got upset n was asking if she can just return the cash n she also got upset (but she was acting so very suspicious) and I still end up treating her nicely after what she done.. so we had to pay the amount again so basically it end up costing me around $150 for 50$ bucks worth of food, we called the cops but the other employees claimed there cameras were broken even though they told me I can see the footage to prove the worker dident take it (even though they were no where near the counter when it happened )so now we’re waiting on the cops to call us back hopefully they will b able to see the footage n be able to help us out with this situation n I guess Ann gained a 100$ bonus shame on her, very rude n poor n unfair service just a bunch of thieves working there if ur gonna order there use a debit card at least if they try to steal a card u can cancel it :( hopefully no one else will have to...

I never write reviews and rarely complain about fast food experiences because you get what you pay for, I've also never had a bad experience at a Carl's until visiting this location. Ordered two regular combos, two kids combos- took a very long time in the drive thru- hands me all 4 drinks individually, no cup holder (whatever, I have enough- but don't rush to hand them all to me at the same time) - my guess is they took so long waiting for the food they had to rush the order because she shoved all the bags at me- I paid $30 and they can't even put ketchup in the bag, there are four orders of fries in there (that were stone cold and soggy, btw) and you don't even ASK? That's unamerican ! So as she's opening up the window to ask what I want her manager is saying "next order HAS to be fast to make up the time average!" And she is very put out that I asked for ketchup (just use your head and put it in the bag, could have spared you that precious minute!). We get home and both burgers are in a similar box but neither is marked to identify which is the six dollar and which is the all natural- but they BOTH look terrible and sloppy with sauces all over the place and top of the buns, patty wasn't even on the bun- we had to re-assemble the burgers, which then required a napkin- guess how many napkins for four people? ONE napkin lol guess we'll have to take turns!!
