If I could rate a zero I honestly would . As you can see by my review history I do not do this often. But this place left a bad taste in my mouth. To start the night off the OWNER . Was walking around with a “servers baby” she came over to my husband and told him the baby was looking at him so long because of he’s “funny looking with his glasses” ( I understand a simple joke but telling a customer they are funny looking red flag) then we finally meet our server who doesn’t ask us if we have been in before or ANYTHING (didn’t go over how ordering works , how many items you can order at a time , how long you can be there for NOTHING) just straight to the drinks which came back all wrong ! We got a beer 3 waters and a Coke … we received 2 waters a sprite and the beer came 5-10 minutes after the rest of the drinks while the Coke never came (from that server) when we told our server (YOUNG WAS HER NAME) that the sprite was suppose to be a Coke and she SLAMMED the sprite on the table in front of one of the other guest ! She came back 5 minutes later with no correction just an attitude she got the order wrong , she started to take our order and 3/4 of us ordered and when I went to order she INTERRUPTED me to ask if anyone wanted fried rice I answered along with everyone else and the server just WALKED OFF . When I started shouting excuse me ma’am , and hello the surrounding 4 tables all looked at me while the server continued to stand 5 ft away from us entering the order IGNORING us . Believe it or not none of this was our biggest problem ! Another server heard me and asked if everything was okay I said if she could please grab my server as she didn’t take my order but got everyone else’s , the VERY KIND SERVER SOPHIE (or Sophia ) came back over and said don’t worry I’ll add it for you , as she was walking away YOUNG stoped her and gave her some of the DIRTIEST looks and started to raise her tone telling her she got what she needed to don’t worry about it . So they came back over (2 ft ) to ask what happened and I said maam you walked away before you took my order she was just adding in my food for us . When YOUNG decided it was best to STEP UP to my table and LEAN OVER while pointing across “when you order one person orders you share” were her exact words to us … I said oh okay while the other guest confirmed they had been in before and ordered 2 meats a piece and another couple with them did the same ! So for some reason my table was a different story for young . Because she took and order of meat from 3/4 guest so no one person doesn’t order and we all share . And you didn’t tell me that in the beginning OR is it any where on the menu ! All the fine print on the bottom goes on about temps of food and raw consumption as well as gratuity for parties over 5 and no eating for more then 2 hours . NO WHERE did it read I couldn’t order my own food even though I am paying $28.95 PER PERSON . The highlight of my night was when the OWNER again 4-5ft away from our table and in front of at least 6 other tables decides she wants to YELL at 2 of her severs for switching there tables around because young had complained .Our new amazing server had to cover for our awful server because I’d assume she didn’t want to serve us since she wouldn’t even look at us . And then another server covered for her at a table because she was over with us and the owner did not like that at all ! I understand for the flow ! I have been in a restaurant and managing a restaurant AT THAT and at 16 years old ! And I’ll tell you right now I’d be dead before you caught me yelling at my staff the way she was and LET ALONE in front of all of those customers . The food was ALRIGHT but I’ll tell you what , that whole experience made that food taste like straight DOG WATER ! And I will never be back to support a business...

Having to move to Arizona and being spoiled by AYCE KBBQ in California, I wanted to see if Manna had good KBBQ or not. If you've eaten KBBQ from Los Angeles, CA then don't expect much or just don't come here! Me, my husband, my 4 year old daughter, and two friends came here for AYCE Korean BBQ. Kids under 5 eat for free. My daughter will turn 5 next month because her bday is in August so she should be able to eat for free. The old asian lady/manager approached our table and asked how old my daughter is and if she's born in 2019. She kept emphasizing how tall my daughter is. If she didn't believe my child was 4, she should've said something and been upfront about charging my daughter for a kid meal. The asian male waiter (awesome service btw), didn't charge us for the kid meal on the bill, but upon paying at the front, the old Korean lady changed the bill total. I don't remember the exact amount but the bill was originally around $150+ range. She charged extra for one kid's meal, which makes it 5 ppl and 18% gratitude automatically. What made me mad was, she didn't mention adding on the kid meal and added a fat tip on her own, so we all paid more extra tip on top of the mandatory 18%. Ended up paying $188+ a long with more tip added. That's just robbing people. Be honest and tell customers if tip is already added and if you're gonna change the total. Why are we paying double for tip?!? That's just greedy and dishonest. Scam artist. Definitely won't be back. The food didn't taste that good, it was just okay. Basic dipping sauce and the marinades for the meat are so bland and the spicy meats weren't spicy. Kimchi wasn't spicy either. Restaurant should stick to authentic Korean recipes or redo their marinades. 5 star service for the waiter, but 1 star for being sneaky by adding on the kid meal for a 4 year old and the automatic 18% tip add on without our knowledge. Read moreI will start by saying that I have been here multiple times and one only does reviews when the service is less the great. I came with a party of six. Which were my inlaws to make things worse. We arrived at the restaurant at about 9:15 PM and were informed that the wait would be about 45 min. Which is excepted at a place like this. The whole time waiting I keep telling and bragging about the place. When we sat down at around 10:05pm, we were told that 10:30pm the kitchen would close and we could not order more, which is fine. I explained to the waitress that the rest of the family had not been here and if she could explain. Very rudely she said read the menu. I took over and order when asked how much food I wanted I stated enough for all to try the food. Mind you we were 6. I ordered about 4 things and when they arrived it was one piece of meat for all 6 of us the size about 6 inches long. I asked the waitress why did she only bring me this she stated I only said one. I then expressed myself by saying that I needed enough for everyone to try a piece. And one was not enough and I did not want to waste food. I ordered more food and with a very bad attitude she brought our food. We asked for suggestions and she said get more of what you have. That's not really a suggestion when there is 40 options. In a time spand of about 15 min we had to try to order all the food we wanted without over ordering. We keep asking for service of napkins and refills who the waitress would hardly ever come around after 10:30pm. I just tried to make the best of this. At 11 she passed the bill. I was displeased but did not want to say anything. We still had food cooking and had food on our plates. Shorty after I paid the turned off the TV and the AC and the light. Were in AZ and you turn off then ac what are you trying to tell us. This is when I became really upset. Now were eating with a bbq in our table and no ac. I got up to speak to the manager and of course no one could help. I was very disappointed and embarrassed with my family. I have never had an experience like this. I know this might not be the service the usually provide but tonight I will really think of ever going back. A future tip is if you close at 11 please do not take clients after 9:30pm.
