So I’m not sure if it was just because it was because I went in on a Sunday night and it was busy but there were a ton of failures from the establishment to the service and quality of food. I waited 20 minutes to be served my first beer okay I get it. It’s busy. I wanted to try the four peaks Hazy. Apparently they had to change the keg. So I went to my back up which still took me 5 minutes to get after I asked for it. Okay let’s go to the food. I go to order the spicy meatball skillet but apparently out of meatballs. Okay fine. I was eyeing the New York strip didn’t like the price that much but figured well it had to be good and I might as well. I finish my first beer and wait. Finially I get asked if I wanted another beer. I ask if they have changed the keg for the Hazzy. After checking she comes back and tells me it’s pouring really slow and offers Sierra Nevada hazy. Okay fine. I just moved back to Arizona from Chico. I’ve actually ate at that brewery and it was amazing. I’m a bit frustrated at this point and I would have left then if I had not ordered food. I was a bit hungry too. Maybe that’s why I’m cranky. Let it go it’s busy. Then I get my steak. I had ordered medium. First thought well maybe that’s for flavoring and how they cook it. I know full well that’s not medium. Absolutely no flavor but the charred outside. Wow. I’ve had a better tasting steak at dennys. Their peppercorn. I’m not steak expert but that was awful. You know what it’s busy I’ll let it go. It was like the steak was cooked on a dirty grill with no seasoning. I would have asked for salt or pepper if someone had checked on me. The mashed potatoes were good. No one asked me how I was enjoying the food. I called it a loss but today I keep thinking about it. But no one was even friendly towards me. No one cared to even ask why I came to this brewery. Maybe it’s because I was spoiled with Sierra Nevada Brewing company. I didn’t even get a chance to compare the hazys because the tap poured slow. Then the lack of service. That’s the unacceptable part. I’m a bartender. I work in hospitality. My standards might be a little higher but I can clearly see when an establishment is doing a terrible job. When someone asks me about brewing companies I’ll share this experience with them. Even Prescott brewing company did a better job. I’m really disappointed and you give Arizona brewery’s a terrible rep if that’s what people expect from a night here. By far the worst dining experience...

He also took the time to explain the pricing of the drink but completely understood my original shock. I’m also happy to say they are not punishing or shaming any staff, but are taking the time to educate staff and simply work on communications! I appreciate their work and strives for improvement, no one is perfect. I’m happy to return soon for some great boozy and yummy pickle chips.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Honestly I wish I was writing a better review.
To start, the burger I got was overcooked but I was hungry so I just ate it. But I also realized after I didn’t get asked how I wanted it cooked. Not the end of the world but annoying with the other issue I had.
The drinks were good. I had ordered a drink from their $6 cocktails. When I ordered a second, I was told the one I wanted was a mocktail and offered an alternative. I said yeah sure! Thinking it would be in the $6 range. I got my bill at the end and they charge $20 for a Moscow mule!!!! Ridiculous!
I asked the waitress and she was also shocked. When she went to ask her manager, they only gave me $5 off. Even though this drink was almost triple the price of the drink I’d wanted. I don’t expect the staff to know the price of every drink, but if you’re offering an alternative, you need to know what you’re giving them. Also, if someone makes that mistake, the manager should just honor that other price. Also, $20 for a mule? It’s ginger beer and ice with a dash of whatever booze they threw into it.
I again didn’t feel like fighting it and settled with a review instead. Similar issues have happened to me at other twin peaks so I’ll just be done...

I stopped by Twin Peaks in Glendale on my way home, and even though the parking lot was nearly full and the place was buzzing, I still managed to find a spot at the bar. Right away, I was greeted by Selena, who set the tone for a great visit. I ordered a Dos Equis and was impressed with how perfectly it was poured—chilled mug, nice head of foam—the way a beer should be served.
I asked for a menu and was directed to a QR code, which is fine, but I do think having a few physical menus available would be a nice touch for guests who may not be as tech-savvy. That said, Selena was very friendly, though she didn’t circle back to check if I wanted to order food. Luckily, bartenders Mhya and Kyra were super observant and made sure I was taken care of.
I ended up ordering the loaded fries (solid choice!) and followed up with a Kilt Lifter, one of my go-to amber beers. While I was enjoying the atmosphere, GM Steve stopped by to check in—something I really appreciated. His presence and engagement on the floor show he genuinely cares about the guest experience. He even recommended the Knotty Brunette, which might just be my new favorite amber beer, especially since I’m not into IPAs.
One detail that really stood out was how cold they keep the kegs. I asked Selena about the beer temp, and she pointed out the digital readout behind me: 28 degrees. It’s a small thing, but it shows their commitment to serving beer the right way.
All in all, this Twin Peaks location has a great atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, and management that clearly takes pride in the experience they provide. I’ll...
