You are absolutely right, Defamation is a serious thing (The only one defamed Is Me ) And falsely accusing someone is worse… As well as defaming my character! You are wrong! I had a legal concealed weapon in my purse. However, I was outside of your business, not inside! Get it right.

I entered the establishment to my surprise, being accused of them finding a bag which did not belong to me! I carry purses! And before you accuse someone of a drug, you better well have proof! Where are your cameras? My earring and my purse were and always have been in my possession so you cannot defame my character nor can you accuse me something that I didn’t commit! Now, if you wanna take it up in court, I am more than willing to. You are more than and finally you’re actually taking this seriously because I’m willing to go there with you! Bring it on.

I gave an absolutely honest and true testament of a review if you don’t like it… Then, when you know what you can do And absolutely can I play the race card considering, I am the only black person they accuse of having an illegal substance! OK, here goes people. I’d probably been to that place about a dozen times! I’ve lost an earring once and thought I lost an earring another time, but I found it. They were very good at returning my earring however, when I entered the establishment a month and a half ago the first thing I was hit with was… we found your earring and your bag of drugs! I was completely caught off guard and completely utterly shocked and pissed! I immediately called the manager (Who is a very lovely lady) For further assistance and to relay my disappointment. After a week of no phone call, I finally got the owner Tito‘s phone number… Too much, he was quite rude and seemed as if I put him out for his time! Being falsely accused of something is not a good thing nor does it sit well with me, I finally went back last night a.k.a. October 12 for the first time in a month and a half. The three people involved in this accusation were there. That would be Brittany, Chelsea, and Justin. (The security). Brittany was extremely pleasant. However, Chelsea and Justin act treated me as if I were a redheaded stepchild and invisible! I mean… I’m really curious to know what was in that bag that they accused me of! I didn’t go there to mingle or have a good time! I went there to see how I would be treated And I got my answer. Funny thing is our group started with 14 people and I was the last one standing, the other 13 refused Trevor go there again, they didn’t like the way the security guard treated them. I get it! Considering, I am a black woman And been accused of a bag containing drugs! If that’s not racial profiling, I don’t know what it is! Considering, I reside in arrowhead Ranch and, my house is worth more than the three of them could possibly imagine making their lifetime! To add insult to injury, this owner is only concerned with reviews! And, he put a false statement in my first review! So if you any and all of your patrons decide to frequent or stop by Cheers Tavern, make sure you don’t lose an earring or get falsely accused of something that is Untrue!

Me and my 2 girlfriends had drinks last weekend and the total bill came out to 73 dollars which is way more than we have ever paid, we did not have many drinks and it was in a time span of 3 hours. (weve been here so many times) called the next day to ask for our tab and prices, the bartender said she couldn’t access the tab because it was in their safe but she would have Lisa THE OWNER reach back out to me. I’ve waited a good week now for a call back. I decided to call today to get the prices Of AMF and redbull vodkas (those are the drinks we had) Thought maybe they just raised their prices, since I didn’t get a call back I just took matters into my own hands. When calling the bartender, she said hold on, placed the phone down and proceeded to ask another bartender for the prices. She did not put me on mute so I could hear everything. The male bartender told her if she wants prices she can come in and get drinks. I thought it was rude but continued to wait. They were laughing and thought it would be funny to leave me waiting and not give me an answer. I believe I was overcharged and they refuse to give me prices or a call back. I’ve never had any issues before bartender Dave left and now I’ve Been treated so unfairly. This was my favorite spot to go but I will find a different bar for me and my girls to go to. So we wanted to take our newly 21 year old sisters to this place because it seemed like a very nice place to do karaoke and grab a drink! The bartender was very nice but what made our night an absolute nightmare was the security guard. The way he spoke to us was extremely disrespectful. First he was rude to us because someone tried to bring a water bottle in, which he did not know because he doesn’t go to bars much, and didn’t even let him finish it outside btw . One lady in our group was also yelled at by him because they set down their drink on the edge of the pool table. He just seemed to be having a power trip all night. If he would have nicely spoke to us we would have understood but the way he talked to us was as if he didn’t want us there in the first place. After reading the reviews I see that other customers had the same experience with security. I did notice him talking to other customers looking our way as well so that felt uncomfortable too.
