Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Glendale

I was just at Churches Chicken at this location when a gentleman walks in asking about his application status. As I stood there waiting for my order, I observed that the employee of Churches did not even acknowledge this gentleman as the employees back was turned against him. As the gentleman who was asking for the job asked for the managers name the employee rudely responded by saying "don't worry about it". This young man is trying to make a difference and beat the odds and negative statistics of the unemployed in reference to culture and diversity. This CHURCHES location obviously does not practice the DEI ( DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION). By the way I also noticed that all the employees were of one race, and the gentleman who tried to inquire about his application was black. The reason why I'm doing this review is to bring fairness to this particular store in hoping that Administration can address this issue to the Chief Executive Officer's of this company. The employees are always so patient and kind to the lunatics that wander in there from the bus stop 12 feet away. The food is consistently decent. I appreciate the place for what it is. My only complaint is I took their annoying survey and rather than risk losing the receipt (where you can write out the "I took the survey" code), I just saved the code in my phone. So next time I was in I gave them the code and they wouldn't accept it. So for the cost of one chicken thigh, they lost me as a customer. Yep, I haven't been in in a year. Went from going in once or twice a week for years and years to never having been back. And how many chicken pieces get thrown out every night? And the staff all know me, know what I usually order, and so on, yet they denied me a chicken thigh because my code wasn't written in the little space on the receipt. ::rolling eyes::: I don't appreciate that I was treated like I was up to something, when every one of those employees knows me....

I stopped going there for a while because they always got my order wrong, I eventually decided to give it another chance since its the location closest to me. I noticed there was a new guy working there very nice man offered to make what i had ordered since they ran out of spicy chicken when i went in. This great service made me go back only to realize he’s the only one willing to do his job correctly. Last night he wasn’t there but ok cool the ladies here will get me what I ordered. I order all white meat meaning 1 wing 2 breasts meal (I’ll pay the extra i don’t care about that) because i share this with my mother, she said 25 mins because they need to cook new chicken , i said ok and came back for my meal 25 mins later. I got home and checked I got 1 wing 1 thigh 🙄 and 1 breast AND the breast was DRYYY & HARD beyond disgusting. I won’t come back to this location, I’m tired of the I DONT...
