Crumbl — Restaurant in Glendale

Placed an order through the Crumbl app on 7/2 to be delivered the evening of 7/3. Doordash driver could not find the delivery location and told me “I left it in the street and left.” I was not even aware this delivery was coming through DoorDash as I placed the order through the Crumbl app. I contacted the store, they said I needed to contact DoorDash for a refund even though my statement shows Crumbl listed as the charge. However, DoorDash did let me know they are able to initiate the refund process, but the Crumbl store must finish it. I spoke with four different people at the store and each one said they could not offer any refund. A very frustrating experience that I’ve now spent over 2 hours trying to rectify. I understand the delivery is not on this Crumbl store team, but I do expect the store to find me a solution as I made the purchase through them.

UPDATE: The owner contacted me and I was issued a refund. Still a frustrating experience overall, but I appreciate the outreach...

I gave Crumbl another chance with a different peanut butter based variant at the Glendale location and I thought it was better than the last cookie I had in Culver City, not quite a 5 star but close. The atmosphere gets a 5 because of how clean this area of Glendale is.

I was debating whether to give the service a 2 or 3 because you don't interact with employees that much. Just like the Culver City location, you order on a kiosk and the only interaction you get is when you get your order handed to you. What I don't understand and this goes to every business encouraging customers to use a kiosk, is asking for tips when the staff hasn't done much to earn them. I am not for giving an employee a tip when you haven't done...

Super busy, but if you're looking to satisfy that sweet tooth, then this should be your stop.. You can walk in, app order, or have it delivered, so choose from their weekly lineup and while you're doing that sign up so you get credit for your purchases towards more purchases, LOL. The process inside or by app is very seamless. Tell them what you want, how many, and bam, there it... Mondays can be busier than most as all the Crumblers are feeling for their fix since on Sundays they are closed!!!
