Allowed Homeless person to hang a round for far to long inside the restaurant he was making Threatening gestures I was upsetting and uncomfortable Store manager did nothing About it she saw What Was Happening, He had a screw driver in his hand and was taking the soda machine apart yet the manager did nothing about it if you don't believe me I dare you to review your Camara footage he started also throwing some heavy objects on the floor it make me angry and uncomfortable the hole time I was there when I finally came out of the restaurant he also came out what unfortunately even couldn't eat in peace now that I'm thinking about it I should have call the police my self since the manager didn't stepped up to her restaurant it was a very negative expirians please I beg you do something about it you don't have to taker my word for it just review the tepe it was about 8:39 PM the hose Linda she appears to be the manager she saw a men in a weealcher filling large one litter bottles of soda and small soda bottles the manager pointed that out to us me and my wife but she still did nothing about it my wife did not feel secure there the manager fail to step in this man look homelees and had the attitude of an ex-convict I did not cross words with him he anger me men what a negative expirians I'm giving a generous one star if you had below zero that's what I would give this...

To tel you all the truth I have never set foot in this facility before but I have been to some other yoshenoyas close to my house and let me tell you: this chain of restaurants is not what it used to be when I came to the United States from Mexico in August of 1987. Back then the staff was very friendly and helpful and they sold you the plates of food along with the little cup of flan and sodas at very reasonable prices. They didn't even care whether you wanted to buy the big square plate of food or the small bowl. As far as I remember they used to charge you $2.20 for the small bowl of food and approximately $3.00 for the big square plate but nowadays they have trippled the prices of all their items and if you don't ask them to give you any condiments they simply won't give you anything. worst experience of my life in this location! first off the place smells like urine! and then I ordered the food and they served me all cartridges instead of beef also they forgot to include the veggie !! I couldn't chew the beef I had to spit out most of the beef which was all dried up, they served me old meat which was sitting in the pan for many hrs and very very salty!, I am so disappointed . I don't think i'll be returning to this location any longer, what a shame!.. I have been having this type of experiences more often that not with Yoshinoya branches , the employees don't operate like they use to , I mean the employees don't give a dam about the company and they are bringing the company down! its clear to see like a day light.
