Del Taco — Restaurant in Glendale

Del Taco, is the ONLY fast food place, I eat at; I don't usually eat fast food, often, but hey, every other fast food joint, has made me super dead stomach ill, over the years. Del Taco & THIS location, in particular, is SAFE!

So been eating here, since....umm, whenever it was built, let's just say. The parking lot always has ample spaces, is always clean, outside on their patio is always clean & tidy, the area never smells like funky cheesy grease trap. Inside is always clean & doesn't smell like again, oil. The staff like, 99.96% don't convey anything other than, nice pleasantries; I have, maybe once or twice, over a umm, 15 year period, encountered full blown morons or dbags, but it's so so rare, it never affects my patronage or feelings against this restaurant.

This location has an extremely great rating, as far as not, screwing up orders - other locations, not so much. However, in the very random instance, something is wrong or missed, a quick call & it's sorted out w/ a very reasonable solution.

I've been working tomorrow of overtime at work, & finally having days off, has made me crave salt. The best transportation of salt into me, is on a macho sized, french fry! Del Taco has puffy, fluffy, crinkle-cut fries, that - even at very close to closing (11pm), are fresh, hot, & COVERED IN SALT!! Yum yum yum!! I was so impressed w/ my order, this last Sunday, I even took pics. Close to closing, & great care was taken, to give me a beautiful Del Classic Chicken Burrito, & piping hot but creamy, fries. I am a fan of Del Tacos food, however, could your company please enlighten us on your closing time? Or change the time of closing online to the correct time this location stops serving food. I picked this location because online it says Del Taco is open until 12 am. But when I drove to this location and I was sitting in the drive thru for 8 minutes at 11:43 to 11:50 I got no response from the drive thru speaker. Even though there were clearly two people walking around the kitchen. Do does this location stop serving food at 11:40? 11:45? 11:50? Please let the public know and please change your hours accordingly. And I don't know if the two people walking around in the kitchen were just not wanting to serve food or just eating up time on the clock, could you please advise them to tell customers that they do not want to serve food so that the customers can be on their way instead of just waiting in the drive thru for a...

Del taco as a brand is something I love but I'm not to crazy about this store I don't much care about the staff every time I visit whoever i happen to be dealing with are not friendly and sometimes they even seam like they don't want to be there very rarely do i get a friendly or even a happy employee the food also seams to be suffering from and unhappy staff because I have had better food from other del tacos than this in recent memory I ordered classic chicken burrito and a chicken quesadilla and the chicken was very dry like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day about the only thing that's consistently good are the French fries i don't know what's causing the staff to be so unhappy but i hope wherever the problem lies it gets fixed soon because there are no other del tacos close to me and I do love del tacos food when it's...
