I had a disappointing experience at this Domino’s location. I originally ordered two medium pizzas for $7.99 each—one cheese and one pepperoni—but they delivered both as pepperoni. When I called the store to report the mistake, they offered a credit for my next order but didn’t bother to apologize or show any concern for the error.
A few days later, I called to reorder the same two pizzas using the credit. However, when my GF picked them up, they only applied the $7.99 credit to one pizza and charged her $13.33 for the second medium cheese pizza—despite it being the same order as before.
When I called to clarify the charge, the manager simply said there was nothing she could do for me. No effort to correct the mistake, no apology—just poor customer service overall. After 30 min I called them they responded saying that we will get in 15-20 min and waited again ... called after 65 minutes she said she cancelled the order because my phone number is incorrect they have noted the wrong number and when we called second Time she haven't asked for the right number she said the order is on the way ... and she also has the email I'd she could have emailed me if she is seeing any issue and they have our address too ... so recklessly she said " order cancelled " is there anythg I can do ???? Read moreI really hope the management reads this. Whoever was the guy working on the phone the night of Dec 4th, AWFUL! We ordered online at 11pm for an event(birthday) at 12am since the app lets us and the store is open until midnight. Shortly got a call back from this guy letting us know that the oven isn't working, which is fine but we just asked him what alternative he can offer since we were relying on that place and it was too late to order somewhere else. He was VERY VERY arrogant and rude, with a blaming tone, ironic and sarcastic, could not listen to us, blamed for being disrespectful while we weren't. Said whatever he wanted and hang up.
