Here's the thing i love el poyo moto to me it is the best past food money can buy i have loved a point of loco since they first opened up the chain i like all their new menu items. I love the truro's I love the Avocado chicken salad and what really caught my eye was The new menu item green chile pozole Anybody that knows anything about mexican food knows that the soul lay has how many in it there wasn't one single bit of hominy not even one kernL in the entire eight dollar bowl of soup I poured it into another cup just to double check and indeed there wasn't even one kernal so it was chicken broth with chunks of chicken in it (We're not the best quality in my opinion ) The chunks of chicken were a little bit large and not really tender not the good quality that i am used to with a pole loco in any event i was so ready to enjoy a big bowl of green chili pozole,.. I went home and made some awesome from scratch. Please help loco get your act together i would have gone to management and mentioned about the pozole butI already had to correct the order for two other items that were missing. Read moreI ordered through drive thru...not busy..just one car ahead of me..after they ordered and drove up then it was my turn, I started ordering the the young person kept saying please hold then I would start again... finally ordered...same meals 4 piece with two side...when I got home..two slaws where in one container with the chicken and two Mac and cheese where in the other with the chicken. All this that I mentioned could have been fixed with a simple sorry for the inconvenience...I know things happen, been in the business for 40 and I'm a current executive chef...I know things can happen however...the chicken was horrible...the breast was so dry and hard to chew..most of both orders chicken was so over cooked it was hard to eat...want to have ur dinner ruined eat here...no excuse why customers have to eat poor quality product like this...this company has been in business for awhile...and u serve guest inferior product and expect customers to come back?? Read moreThis is for Isaiah H. - Went thru the drive for our order. As soon as we got home we realized we were missing a burrito we ordered. We called them and let them know we were missing our burrito , but they could care less. I’m sorry for the inconvenience but if you were in our shoes you would also be slightly annoyed like come on guys do better. What a waste of our time, since we payed cash he said we can either get a refund or pick up the burrito they forgot to put in our bag. And I’m only repeating what they said over the phone “oh, yeah that was me I forgot to put it in the bag”. No compensation for our time having to drive back for their mistake and I even advised can we get our refund and come back to pick up the burrito and they said we can do only either one of the other or come back at a later time to get the burrito.
