I wish there was a way to give this place no stars. Words cannot describe how livid I am after leaving this place a few minutes ago. I order a breakfast burrito through the drive thru and ask to replace the eggs for potatoes. Sounds easy enough right? Instead I get a country burrito. So no ham or pico was in it which comes in the breakfast burrito listed on their menu. So I go inside and tell the guy what's missing and I'm sure he had no idea what I was talking about because I get the burrito back with just ham and no pico. I go back in and say it's now missing pico and he looks at me and asks if I want the burrito then. Ugh yeah I want it and made how I ordered it? So I tell him yes but with the pico. He then looks at my receipt and begins to give me my money back like I just asked for a refund or he doesn't want to deal with me. I then tell him I don't want my refund I just want pico in it. He says what do you want then with the biggest attitude and asked what I ordered? I'm a very nice and calm person and up until he got an attitude with me again for a mistake they made, I was very nice to him. I have worked in the fast food business for a long time and understand that mistakes happen but own up to the mistake and don't get an attitude. I ended up just asking for my money instead of wasting more of my time explaining their mistake and what I was asking for. It's sad I wasted even more of my time writing this review. Throughout this whole thing, no apology. Customer just lost. It's a shame because I go here all the time and loved their food. I will be telling people not to go to this location moving forward. Read moreI ordered a sausage breakfast burrito and when I got to the window, she tried telling me it was $22 and some odd cents. I said whoa wait a second I ordered the sausage breakfast burrito and she said no you ordered two breakfast something’s.
I told her no it was a sausage breakfast burrito and she called someone over.
Some Mexican guy that I assume was the cook came over and gave me some crazy look and they shut the window.
She came back and said it was gonna be around $10. I don’t remember.
I paid it and she shut the window again.
About 15 minutes later, they gave me my burrito and closed the window really quick afterwards, which made me feel very insecure about the food they were giving me.
I don’t think I’ve ever written a food review. I might have written a couple Amazon product reviews, but I really don’t feel good about the way I was treated here at Filiberto’s at this location.
I felt very suspect about the food they gave me, I drove down the road until I found another late night Mexican food joint called Poliberto's Taco Shop, which I have been to in other locations and didn’t know was over here.
Not only did she get my order right right off the bat, but she gave me a bunch of extra sauces and carrots and made me feel comfortable unlike Filiberto‘s.
I feel bad because I gave the burrito I bought from Filiberto‘s to some homeless person so hopefully that person doesn’t end up sick or dead because I didn’t trust Filiberto‘s food that they gave me from this location.
I apologize, but I really did not feel safe with these people!
And like I said, Filiberto‘s is my go to for Mexican food !

Read moreTonight who I will assume might be the manager made it clear that he doesn't care for customers. I placed the order of two carne asada burritos to go. When I get home the smell of onions was exaggerated and overpowering I opened the burritos and noticed there was more pico de gallo then there was meat. I called Filibertos and told the man that answered that if he could remake them because they had too much onion. He said yes just bring them back with your receipt. When I got there he said that he thought I had called about sushi and that that's why he agreed to remake them. He turns to the girl working the drive thru and repeats himself. I SAID I DON'T KNOW OF ANY SUSHI THAT COMES WITH ONIONS OR IF YOU EVEN SELL SUSHI! He walked away to the back the cooking area The girl looked at me. I said it's just too much onion I don't mind onion just not a hand full of it. Since he didn't bother to open the burritos I showed the girl the picture I took she made a face and looked disgusted herself. Then he yelled at her from the cooking area just "give her back her money" she said I'm sorry do you have your receipt and your credit card? I asked her what is his name and she had to mouth it to me idk if it's Able or Gabriel. She had to make sure he couldn't hear her or see her.
