Filiberto's Mexican food — Restaurant in Glendale

This is the worst customer service in the city. Here’s how it went. I am an Amazon driver. I came in to use the restroom. They said it’s for customers only when it comes to Amazon, drivers and Uber drivers and Lyft drivers let us use the restroom we should always be able to use the bathroom we’re servicing the community just like you would an officer. That’s just how I feel about it and that’s the type of service that you would like to receive. So they charge me one dollar to use the restroom and nine cents I asked for a churro they never even gave me the churro. They were so concerned with just charging me and making and I’m black so they just wanted to turn me away, but never even gave me what I paid for the rudest the rudest and it was the manager. I would like the owner to respond to this you also had a rude customer in there with a fifth amendment shirt on all in the conversation it was giving George Zimmerman he decided to engage with the fact that I was telling her as service members of the community. We should not have to pay to use the restroom. I hope you’re reading this. You really need to learn how to mind your own business because I was the customer at that point because I paid that $1.09 and never got my churro. Terrible Experience, Do Not Waste Your Money!

I just spent $63 at Filiberto’s for a few quesadillas, and honestly, I’ve never been so disappointed. I’m all for supporting local spots, but this was an absolute ripoff. The quesadillas were greasy, undercooked, and tasted like they were thrown together in a rush. For the price, I expected something fresh and flavorful, but instead, I got bland, soggy messes that were impossible to finish.

The portion sizes? Laughable. I can get better food at any fast food joint for half the price. And don’t even get me started on the customer service. The staff was disinterested and seemed like they couldn’t care less about delivering a decent meal.

For $63, I expect quality, but all I got was a huge regret and a wallet much lighter than it should be. This place is a joke, and I will NEVER return. Do yourself a favor and save your money—there are way better spots for Mexican...

Ok- So this Fili's has great food quality - the reason I refuse to give this a 5 star rating is due to the transient/homeless people that are always camped out inside the dining area. Unfortunate that our last visit we ate inside and there was a really gross woman coughing up sputum in the booth - you could tell she was camping out inside there.. I mean she had a ceramic coffee cup on the table along with all her items - packs of smokes and clothes, she was wearing a blanket around her barley dressed body and would go outside and smoke - come back in to her booth and have the staff put on her favorite shows on the TV -- the whole time she was hacking up mucus and spit -- -- It was super hard to eat in there hearing and seeing that.. she had no food from here and obviously the staff is letting this be a hang...
