I set up an appointment a week in advance when I showed up to my appointment my hairdresser was working on another customer at that time she told me that she just needed about 10 more minutes so I gave her 10 more minutes I waited outside I went back and she asked me for 30 more after about 45min she went outside to advise me that she was going to need more time due to the fact that the customer had a lot more hair than she anticipated she told me to come back at 2:00pm my appointment was at 12:00pm I should have taken that as my sign to just walk away and look for services elsewhere but I was really looking forward to getting my hair trimmed because I’m going through a re-growing process of my hair my appointment was just for a silk press nothing fancy just nice and simple silk press and a trim of damaged hair or split ends when I finally showed up to my appointment all she can do is complain stated that I had a lot of hair and I was giving her so much to do even though I was her only appointment set for that day the customer before me was a call in early from her boss she advised me that my silk press would only cost from $40-$65 depending on the length and the amount of hair my hair is above my shoulders it’s pretty short the whole time she complained about how women with long hair go in there and ask for a silk press and it takes her all day and she hates it she washed my hair When we got to the chair for her to start my silk press she pulled out her straightener a regular straightener that someone would use at home or the one that I have at home I believe is better than that so I was a little worried that my hair was just gonna look as if I did it myself at home which I did during that time two women were using a blow dryer at the same time and we had a shortage and the power went out she get power again so starts to straighten my hair and not getting my end it still looks very puffy she then proceeds with the process of cutting my hair she asked me for advice on how she should cut my hair I specifically stated the dead ends are split ends what ever you may call them just to remove all the damage parts so that my hair is healthy before she cuts my hair she asked me to stand up so that she can cut my hair evenly Which is completely wrong I’ve never been somewhere to cut my hair where they asked me to stand up she basically gave me a bowl cut , cut one side of my hair way shorter than the other side I am having to start all over with my re growing process I believe as a professional you should not state that you know how to do certain things to women’s hair if that is not the case I understand that we all need money but you are selling services that you are not capable...

I am a 17 year old girl I went in and asked for this specific style and they were in a rush so they decided not to give me what I asked for and on top of that they overcharged me they said $125 and I ended up paying $240 for “packs of hair “ when they didn’t even use all of them and on top of that I showed them a picture and they still chose to just do regular Knotless braids because they were in a rush and they were complaining the whole time every time I go in they complain about something it’s either me having allot of hair or they always complain about the length that I want and try to charge extra for length “that’s too long why so long you should go shorter” they will complain and I feel like they only overcharge me because Im young I went in without a parent and they always wanna try and add extra $$ to the total at the end when they said a different price to get you in their chair I advise just not going here at all especially if your mixed or have allot of hair they will try to charge extra or scam you and the crazy thing is I used to love them I been going since I was 15 years old it’s just that one time that they scammed me and didn’t do the right hairstyle I’m very disappointed and I wish I can get my money back $240 for a style I didn’t ask for im very shy so I couldn’t really speak up for myself so I just payed and they didn’t give me change either. save ur time and energy I wanted my hair nice because I was getting my license pictures taken a couple days after save your time and money they will complain THE WHOLE TIME ABOUT LENGTH HAIR TEXTURE AND MORE even tho it’s their job and I’m paying for a service and they have tried to talk me out of what I wanted to make it easier for them I asked for red braids with cornrows in the front they said “why red, why that big, why that long , your hair is to thick” also they cut my natural hair when doing my braids I feel like it’s because I’m...

I have been here 3 times. The first two times were fine but this last time I came in for a style I was quoted a price on.. not only did I not get what I came in for but it was not the best job done and they charged me separately for the hair which they didn’t do before. I had driven almost an hour to come to their salon on zero hours of sleep since I work 3rd shift. I feel extremely cheated this time around. Even the lady who runs the salon noticed the stylist not doing it the way I wanted at first and they still charged me extra for the hair they usually provide. Before starting I asked if the stylist could run the dryer through my hair again. I had done it that morning but I needed the areas I couldn’t get to to be done. The main lady said “the stylist will look at your hair and decide what she thinks she needs to do and will do it..” so I let that go but halfway through when she realized it was incorrect, she asked me about it, and yes I said it was fine because I didn’t need her telling me what not to say about the style I requested.. but I thought the stylist would keep up with the same style through my whole head. The other half, she switched up to something similar to what I asked for but like in the manner that she didn’t care that much, she was just trying to just throw me a bone. I would have been fine with the same style all around not half one style and another for the other half.. That’s crazy. I likely won’t come back here. Also to whoever runs this page, I’ll appreciate productive feedback you give but I’ve seen some of your comments to people and some of it is HIGHLY unprofessional.
