Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Glendale

If I could give zero stars, I would. The manager at this Jersey Mike’s is one of the rudest, most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with in any restaurant. Every visit, he acts annoyed that customers are even there — rushing orders and making you feel like you’re an inconvenience. You can also tell he treats the other employees the same way — his whole demeanor is impatient and disrespectful.

On my most recent visit, I was the only customer in the store, and my order wasn’t anything complicated — just “Mike’s Way with pickles and peppers.” Yet he still managed to make my sandwich wrong twice because he wasn’t listening and was clearly rushing. I said it was fine and I’d take it anyway just to avoid more hassle. He then threw the sandwich on the floor in front of me and remade it wrong a third time.

This isn’t a one-off bad day — it’s a pattern. Every time I’ve been to this location, he’s dismissive, disrespectful, and makes the experience miserable. It’s clear he doesn’t care about the customers, the staff, or the Jersey Mike’s brand.

There are plenty of places to get a sub. Do yourself a favor — skip this one. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be telling everyone I know...

I've been a long time fan of Jersey Mike's for over 15 years!

Excited the one right by my place opened up.

However today after waiting in a line to order, then waiting for my sandwich to be made, finally its my turn to pay and the cashier just walks away and makes two hot sandwiches for im assuming online orders. Finishes those, bags them up and comes back to the register, grabs a couple more online orders receipts then walks off again. Didn't say a word to me nor look at me. No "I'll be right with you or just a moment" nothing. Im standing there with CASH in hand to pay and leave, as my sandwich just sits on the counter getting soggy from the oil.

I turned to look at the other customer behind me and we both were dumbfounded about this.

So I just took my sandwich and left without paying.

Its my thought to always take care of your in person customers, who actually made an effort to physically come into the restaurant first!

Do better Jersey Mike's, take care of your in person loyal patrons before the lazy online orders!

Naaaaahhhhh get out of here! This particular JM is just too darn good! Every freaking time I go here they somehow make a better sandwich than the last time. I got a #9 on rosemary parm, mikes way, no lettuce, added hot pepper relish, lays all dressed chips, and a stubborn cherry tarragon soda. Soda was crisp and full of flavor, I will very likely purchase a 12 pack of this now that I was able to finally try it. Chips surprisingly did indeed live up to the hype! They were fantastic, hard to explain the flavor, you must try it yourself. Now on to the main event… Good lord, phew! This beast should be banned from the entire galaxy because it’s just too good. If aliens ever come here we know what their mission will be. They will abduct whoever made this and make them the official sandwich maker for their planet. Seriously that person needs a raise, a promotion, and a secret service detail cause we need to protect them at all costs! 10/10 across the board as always! I feel so spoiled by...
