I 1st called in around 9:15pm to place an order for pickup. It rang several times until a generic voicemail picked up. I tried calling a total of 2 times, each time the same thing happened. Knowing they don’t close for 45 minutes I drove there since it’s right up the street arrived at 9:20. The open light had already been turned off but the door was open. I was calling a 4th time as I was walking in to see if maybe their ringer was off. That’s when I see Jayden walk over to the cordless phones and silence both of them. A few minutes later a gentleman came to take my order. While I was ordering someone was calling I assume to place an order but once again Jayden just goes over and silences both phones. I then asked him to come to the counter and asked why he wasn’t answering the phone because I had called 4 times. He said they were closed and not taking anymore orders, I said no you’re not closed you close at 10pm and it’s now 9:23pm but Jayden just walked away from me into the back of the store. The cashier that helped me went back to make my pizzas and I hear Jayden back there talking very rudely about myself saying something about the phones and how I don’t need to be eating pizza. 95% of the employees I’ve interacted with at this location have zero customer service. This is not the first time I’ve tried calling more than 45 minutes before closing only for no one to answer the phone. To be ridiculed by an employee behind my back is completely unacceptable. If you don’t like your job than quit and more importantly you shouldn’t keep employees on board that fail to represent your company in a positive light regardless of staffing issues due to a pandemic. As if I wasn’t annoyed enough when I got home both of my pizzas were not correct. I ordered the $10 pepperoni stuffed crust pizzas but they were...
Read moreMy mom went here last night and when she got home she realized that her receipt total was way too high. She remembered the screen saying her total was $19 and change, but her receipt said $26. The receipt stated that she tipped $7 which she did not do. She did not get the option to tip at all, even when the cashier cancelled her order and rang her up a second time. The next day, she went to speak to the manager about then discrepancy, and as she does not speak Spanish, I spoke to the manager on her behalf. Needless to say, the manager kept referencing that they changed the system a week ago and now you get tipping options that you need to click and there is “no way” that the cashier could tip themselves. Later in the conversation, she said the system was changed two weeks ago, and when I asked why she kept changing the timeline of the system change, she became irritated and with a exasperated sigh said she doesn’t quite remember things but that’s not what’s important. How are you the manager and not know when things are changed? Anyway, when I spoke to my mom again, she said that the screen the manager was pulling up to show her was not the screen she saw last night and it also isn’t the screen that was coming up when costumers were being rung up when she was there talking to the manager. The manager’s name is Ray and other customers who hear the conversation she was having with my mom come up and gave my mom some money telling her not to “bother trying to get her money back from the manager because this happens often and she never returns the money to the customers”. My mom will be going to her back to ask that they fight this bill on her behalf and will submit the report to the police as well because this is theft....
Read moreI ordered an extra most bestest and it paled in comparison to what I remember. I remember buying a bestest and it came with extra cheese and better bread than a classic. Today I received a classic. I called for a remake and they said a new guy was making them, that's why an old black lady(manager or supervisor I assume) stopped me on my way out of the store to check. She confirmed it was a bestest but after I took a bite the cheese was as thick as a pepperoni. Red flag. Then the entire cheese fell off while retaining it's hard from. So now it's about as big as a Dorito. The crust was hard and low quality. Now when I called and explained all this, because a bestest is supposed to be cheesed up as we all know since that's why we buy it, they said they'd remake it. I ended the call apologizing because I was fighting myself on whatever to say anything but her stopping me before leaving made me think maybe this was just a classic. All I can say is the pizza is not the same as I remember and it's definitely the fault of the low quality employees. A waste of $10 which I thought was value for a cheesy pizza, instead I received a hot n ready. Usually I just let it go but when the food is that bad it forces me to do something about it. The day is Friday December 6 at 5pm and I threw the rest of the pizza away right in front of...
