I ordered a number three. When I finally received my order. I opened the container, lifted the Burger out, put it to my lips and took a bite. When I looked at the Burger both hamburger patties were still raw and uncooked inside but on the outside it look like, it was done. I sent it back. The next burger that was sent out to me. Had only one hamburger patty. Upset but trying to maintain my kindness, I sent it back a third time, and it seemed like I was just kind of forgotten about. Thank goodness I still had my trusty receipt so I went back up there talk to the manager who had helped me before he finally got the order right. Kind of disappointed that he didn't refund my money or compensate me with a extra fry or free toy? And all they gave me were four sauces and it wasn’t even the sauces I asked for. And when I asked for my sauces that I had ordered, she told me that they were out of one of them and walked away. So instead of letting me know that they were out of the sauce, They just short me completely on my order. And she gave me attitude like I was inconveniencing her. Not that difficult to just put the sauces that are ordered at the counter in the bag. I know working in a fast food can be difficult at times because I did it for many years. Read moreThis was an awful experience. I will note that this has never happened before. I was picking up a DoorDash order for a customer. I was ignored by 2 different staff members. Who then sat the order on their side of the counter? And continued to look at me but ignore me and would not answer my question. When I asked if that was the order I was waiting on although I'm certain I knew thatt was the bag was sloppy and hardly closed properly. It was just disgusting and I was very disappointed. I felt that it was completely unacceptable. Since they wouldn't fix the issue , I had no choice but to give that to the customer as it was since I do not want to not bring there order. I did not even want to hand it to the customer. But I did make them aware that I had asked for different packaging and for order to be remade entirely which they refused.
