Horrific. Literally 20 people waiting for their orders when we entered the restaurant. Nobody eating, everyone just waiting. The two women working behind the counter seem like they’ve had zero training, they clearly have no clue what they are doing. There is a long row of finished, uncovered to-go containers, filled with cooling-down food, waiting for these two to pack and distribute it to waiting customers.
I shouldn’t be surprised, because when I called ahead to place my carry out order, the first time it just rang and rang and eventually disconnected. The second time, after many rings, one of these two women answered — and this is how she answered the phone at her place of business: (long pause, then tentatively) “…Hi??” No joke. We eventually established that this was indeed an employee and that she was going to take my order. When I told her we wanted a regular sized mac & cheese, without the shredded cheese on top, she said, “so you just want noodles? No cheese?” 🤦🏻♀️

Read moreI recommend visiting a different Noodles. My husband and I visit here frequently because it is the closest to our house but every other trip we seem to have an issue. Most recently they messed up a pickup order. I was not feeling well and my husband went to get me chicken noodle soup. The soup was in a side dish, when I ordered a small, and there were NO NOODLES. I know they keep the broth separate from the noodles. This seems like a simple mistake but it ruined my dinner and I had to figure something else out. I did ask my husband to check our order next time but was he supposed to open the container to make sure they added the noodles?? I promptly provided feedback and received a response from Kevin Gamez, apologizing profusely for the error. He asked me for proof of my order, which I provided, although I’m not sure why that’s necessary when my feedback was a response to the survey linked to my order. Read moreAugust 21st around 8:30pm I ordered food via door dash AN HOUR before closing. I get food to-go doesn’t usually end up perfect but i received these disgusting burnt and flat potstickers that were obviously cooked on a greasy flat top (fyi these are potstickers not a burger, you don’t need to smash them) instead of “steamed” as they we’re advertised. My guess is the employees decided to pack everything up in hopes to get out of work at 9:31 because they can’t stand being a productive member of society. Just because you hate your job doesn’t mean you take it out on the customers by serving them inedible food. I put these potstickers where they belong which is the garbage.
