First of all, I want to say that I was excited when I saw that new location opened up by Bayshore Mall. It’s a lot closer to me than the other location that I usually go to, BUT they do not deliver to my area even though I only live a little over 4 miles away.
When I first arrived to the location, I parked in the curbside pickup section. I texted the number that was noted on the parking sign to let the employees know that I arrived. I waited about 10 minutes past my pick up time, until my daughter complained it was taking too long. So I called and I was told that my order has been ready for while, but it was not indicated on the receipt that I wanted a curbside pick up. Maybe that was my mistake or the website glitched when I put in my order with my car description, but I still texted the number as directed for a curbside pickup.
I was surprised when I was asked for a signature when the pizza was handed to me. That has never happened with any curbside pickup I’ve done at other locations. When I asked if the sauces I ordered was in one of the boxes, I was asked to opened them up and make sure. Again, I never had this happened. Usually an employee would indicate if they’re in the pizza box(es) or not.
Last but not least, my order was made incorrectly. Before I drove off, I debated on checking, but I decided not to. On my Steak and Taters, there were no green onions and no drizzle of nacho cheese. On the Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese, I requested for the Buffalo sauce to be replaced with ranch, but there was a drizzle of Buffalo sauce on top. I requested grilled chicken instead of Buffalo chicken, but they stilled used the Buffalo chicken.
I can be forgiving on the Steak and Tators, but the other pizza was mainly for my 4 year old daughter who doesn’t have a high tolerance for spiciness. Luckily, she actually...
Read moreI ordered a wild mushroom pizza with Canadian bacon. When I got the pizza home it was just Canadian bacon and sparse white mushrooms. I called the store which went to an answering service which then connected me directly to the store. I left a message but no one called me back after an hour. I took the pizza back to the store. The counter guy told me that he had to tried to call me to tell me that they didn’t have the wild mushrooms but I didn’t answer. I did not have a voicemail from him. I explained that I had paid for the wild mushroom pizza which was $27. What I got was a 2 topping pizza which would have been $17. He apologized, took the pizza from me and offered to make me something else. He made me a meatza pizza which is comparable in price to what I paid. The guy and his coworker went into the back room. After quite awhile, I looked around the corner and the cooked pizza was sitting there. I waited a bit longer and then opened the door to ring the bell again. The other guy came out and said it would just be a minute yet. He cut and boxed up the pizza. I work in the service industry so I’m usually pretty easy to get along with and really don’t complain. The fact that he didn’t leave me a message originally, didn’t return my voicemail and then went into the back room staying in there even though my pizza was ready, frustrates me. Received a small personal pan pizza w/ diced pepperoni. 😒 before the driver pulled off I called immediately to let them know I received the wrong order. Guy on the phone admitted to making the wrong pizza stating “ I thought the screen said Tallboy & diced pepperoni” 😑 I told him it was okay but I’m really hungry, so if he could just remake it and send it, I would be okay with that. He said okay he was going to remake it NOW. I waited another hour and still no pizza. So I called AGAIN and asked about the status of my order & they said “Sorry but we’re closed” I explained the whole situation again & they said they had to call a manager. Placed me on hold & said I would have to come in TOMORROW to get my refund since I paid cash. My order was $24 & I tipped the driver $6. I paid $30 for a personal sized pizza😑 that I never even ate bc it was cold and I do not like diced pepperoni. Went to bed hungry & had to waste MY TIME & MY GAS the next day to get a refund 😤 I work full time & had to stop in while being EXHAUSTED after work bc that was the only time I could make it in (around 9pm).
