Originally came here to get pho, but I didn't realize they had so many other options that taste incredible. Overall, we will return and we would recommend this place to friends for a quick lunch. Their pho was excellent and their fried rice is some of the best I've had in a while.
Here's a specific breakdown of what we've had:
-Pho: Large portion and great flavor that isn't too overpowering with the anise.
-BBQ Pork Banh Mi: Great price for the sandwich. I may start coming here for lunch just to grab one of these. Veggies were fresh and crunchy, and the meat was seasoned wonderfully. I'm not usually a fan of pork, but this was an exception. I do wish the sauce had a little more creaminess (mayo).
-Spring Rolls with shrimp and grilled pork: Again, their pork has such good flavor. These rolls were packed with stuff and we dipped pretty much everything on the table in the accompanying sauce because it was so good.
-Combo fried rice (spicy): This is some of the best fried rice I've had in a while. Beautiful smoky flavor, super savory (thank you, MSG), and I loved the spice. I wouldn't recommend the mild version. Whatever chili they use for the spicy has wonderful flavor.
-Orange chicken: This was the only miss on the menu that we've tried. While the sauce is delicious, the chicken was crazy tough. It was likely in the fryer for too long, so this was probably unintentional.
-Egg noodle dishes: I'm not really a fan of their egg noodle dishes here.

Read moreWow, great food!
My wife is Thai and a great cook, so Pho is usually boring at most places for our likes. We choose Vietnamese restaurants like once a year. It was cold out, and we were in the area, but couldn't decide on where to eat. Pier 83 nearby is very good, but didn't want the fried food. So, we opted on this little place, a hole in the wall, but it was rather surprising to us. We ordered #1 and #3 spring rolls - they were both awesome, and almost as good as my wife's rolls.
For my order, I chose the Special Spicy Beef Noodle Soup (#40 on menu I believe). It came with Beef Brisket and Pork slices, and medium noodles in the big broth bowl. I added all the sides they provided - shredded lettuce, bean sprouts, jalepeno slices and lime. In addition, I took some Thai basil, and cilantro from my wife and son's plate to add as well. The result was the best Vietnamese pho I ever recall having.
We will definitely come back, and many more times than once a year! It is not too expensive for the quality and quantity...

We used to love this place until we heard from personally from a health inspector that they had many failed inspections and many chances to correct their issues as they skate by keeping open.
The ppl are nice , but in the kitchen is a different story. Unprepared meat on the floor , and again meat with flies laying eggs in it as reported a outside employee was asked to cut the meat and cut around the flies and larva. Hard evidence was recorded by this employee and has been reported to health inspectors.
I understand they do this in third world countries but we are in America. Be careful where you eat people!
And just because they may have a grade of a A or A+ on their window or door doesn’t mean they have failed inspection before and given chances to correct their issues when the next inspection comes only to continue their dirty habits in the kitchen when the inspector leaves.
