Wow. I placed an order online for pick up. Drive to the store rang the doorbell (which no one answered the first time). Then I watched a thicket place their order. I rang the bell several minutes later to which the associate told me “you’re a little early. They’re wrapping your wrap up now.” Several more minutes go by and two more vehicles leave the drive thru and after the vehicle, which I witnessed order when I arrived, got their food. I again rang the doorbell. After a few minutes the associate threw the window open and tossed my bag of food down. She said that I needed to be patient and when I held the window open to make sure my entire order was there she said “could you not”.
I understand that maybe I was being impatient, but I thought the point of the online order was to beat the line, not wait for the line to finish before your order is handled. I also understand that has the associates maybe offered some empathy instead of attitude I wouldn’t be writing a bad review. I’ve never had an issue like this at another salad and go and won’t...

This last time I called and let them know this has been the 3rd time they made the mistake and if they could refund me the $1 I would appreciate it. I acknowledged that it was likely inconvenient for them, but 3 times making the same mistake I felt like perhaps it would help NOT to make rhe mistake again
They refused to refund me the $1 but o could drive back or email their customer service email and they would take my problem under advisement.
I asked if he felt it was appropriate to inconvenience me a 4th time and that if he wanted to email his own company he could but why should I have to work harder for their mistake? He said that was the only options I had.
Not true, I can also leave a bad review for a high margin company that should be able to empower their employees to do the obvious right thing and not inconvenience their loyal customers further then the 3 times they...
Read moreI am very upset! This was one of my FAVORITE places to eat and I have raved about it to everyone I know. I love the employees here and the service. I am definitely not a ‘Karen’ but I can no longer eat here again after tonight. I was halfway through my salad which I was really enjoying- and next thing I knew I was biting down on something hard. It appears to be an end to a zip tie or something? I thought to myself that I understand mistakes happen, and stupidly continued to eat the salad- a few minutes later I had chicken bones stuck in my throat! I am so disappointed and thankful to still have my tooth for now from the hard plastic. I will be contacting corporate, and again- I do understand that these things happen, but I am very concerned and most of all I am sad to no longer be a customer of my favorite place to eat after this evening.
