I’ve been coming to this location for years and always had a good experience, but today was very disappointing. I don’t know if the entire staff was having a bad morning but no one was friendly or even acknowledged the customers unless you were at the register to place an order. I placed a mobile order and picked of my order as usual, got down the street and took a sip of my drink and to my surprise it was missing some ingredients and tasted awful. Their drinks are not cheap so I went back to the store to swap out my drink for the right drink. The staff was so rude and made every effort not to make eye contact with me and tried ignoring me…I finally just spoke up and said my drink was gross and another customer next to me said hers was too. A male employee had such a bad attitude and acted like I was asking for the world then had the audacity to ask me to peel off the sticker on the gross drink. The customer next to me with the other gross drink also acknowledged how rude they were being. I told them I’m not peeling off the sticker (I have a medical condition that effects my entire body including my fingers) then another barista said it was to see what drink I had. I gave them my entire cup back as I wasn’t going to drink it or peel the sticker off. I was baffled that they had even asked me to do that…instead of just asking me what I had ordered. Read moreI usually never take the time to leave reviews but racism needs to end. Let’s just start by, I do not look “white”, I arrived at this Starbucks, walked in and ordered. It was only myself and a small group which I took a seat near to, elderly Caucasian couple that felt the need to say, “They should really take peoples names here” immediately after I ordered. The older lady continues her passive aggressive verbal racism due to her own insecurities and self loathing, of course, which by then I finally received my room temperature Americano. I head outside to two other women waiting right next to my car. I’m thinking they just parked nearby and nothing of it, I say “good morning” they circle my car and take photos?? I go back inside to return the Americano and come back only to more racism as they head into Starbucks. I don’t know what is going on at this location but corporate management might need to come in for a retraining. I live in the gorgeous neighborhood nearby and will never go to this Starbucks again and will make sure all of my well to do friends hear about...
Read moreThe person taking my 12 year old son’s order made it very difficult and confusing for him when he was trying to order a small blended peppermint mocha. We received our food and tea promptly but never received the peppermint mocha. When we were done with the food, i went to the pickup area and asked about his drink. Not one of the 3 people standing there even looked at me or acknowledged me. A few seconds late one said was it a cafe order. A few seconds one said it’s here in the mobile orders. At this point I am frustrated so I say, “oh, gosh”, not loud but frustrated. Then one of the employees who didn’t look at me ir acknowledge me the entire time, yet was the closest to me says “have a nice day” sarcastically, as if I am the wrong. I have been coming here for years and have never been treated like this. I have noticed that someone is always making sure the mobile orders are in check but nobody seems to care if you receive your entire cafe order.
