The first time I found a hair in my food, I told the staff, and without any hesitation, they replaced it and even kindly gave me a free coupon. This small act of customer service reflects the company's strong training background. The staff serves with a smile and patiently explains everything. I will continue to support them, and since I live nearby, I will visit often.

Excellent ice cream choices and service. The 4-scoop sampler is definitely the way to go -- and it's amazingly affordable! Also, use the dedicated parking spaces inside the parking structure, immediately East of location.

Handles just opened in Glendora right next to the AMC 12 theater so it's perfect for a snack on your way out of the theater I had banana cream ice cream and it was absolutely delicious! Today is June 17th 2024! When you compare the price of popcorn to a large double scoop of your ice cream, the ice cream is a way better bargain and much more of a treat. I'm trying different flavors each time. I love the pistachio and I had another one. I don't know the name of it but it had chocolate and caramel ripple in it with coconut and some nuts was absolutely delicious. It's now March 2025 and I just hit my 83rd birthday! Last time I got ice cream it was so windy. I had to go into the parking structure and sit in my car to eat the ice cream and keep warm. This has been a crazy year for Southern California weather! Not too long ago I had a banana split and that was my dinner after seeing an early movie! I forgot to mention your fantastic black cherry. It's the best black cherry ice cream I have ever had! I found many whole cherries in my large scoop! It gets a...

Took my son here for the first time. Flavor of the ice cream was good. Had a nice creamy vanilla, pistachio. I would come here again. Just park in the parking garage, they have some dedicated parking spots. Can get pretty busy. Nice shaded area in the afternoon between two tall buildings. Seating is outside. We got ours to go. For medium cup ice cream, medium cone w/sprinkles & small hurricane cost us just under $22. (3 people). ...
