Starbucks — Restaurant in Glendora

Came here with my mom at 12:17pm store 29985. Went to the walk up window because there was no one there and the drive thru had a huge line. She was helped by a tall slender boy with brown hair wearing a mask. He was not friendly in the slightest. She ordered a cold brew with sugar free vanilla, cinnamon and light heavy cream and she ended up waiting for over 20 minutes, when we finally went up to the window to ask about the drink it had been sitting there the whole time but the partner who took the order decided he didn’t want to call it out. I work at a drive thru Starbucks myself and can tell you that if we were to ignore a customer just because we were having a bad day it would not be accepted in the slightest. I visited on Christmas day, and I ordered my usual order, which includes a lot of scoops of the dragonfruit inclusions (freeze dried fruit), but I was watching the entire time when I saw that the girl making it only put 3 scoops of the fruit in it. When they handed it to me, I told the manager that his employee only put 3 and I asked for 10. Now, as a former Starbucks barista, I know what they are supposed to do, which is take it back and do it right. Apparently I went to the one Starbucks that doesn't have to follow the company standard, because the supervisor then took the employees side and told me that I was wrong. This is my fave Starbucks, and every single time I come here I have such a pleasing experience. If there’s a line, it goes by quickly, our order is always done right. I always get a vanilla latte with coconut milk and my daughter a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino. I swear it’s made with love. Every person I have spoken to are so nice with such gracious and excellent etiquette. I drive out of my way where 4 Starbucks’s are closer because of the service and quality of everything I receive.
