My family and I placed a lunch order for delivery and quickly after it arrived we noticed it was the wrong meals, and not to mention very soggy. I called the restaurant to see if they had sent the wrong order as it seemed it had been sitting for awhile, and I was told no, that is what was ordered and regarding the sogginess, it was supposed to be like that. I simply asked if we could be refunded for the wrong meals and the owner offered a replacement but then backtracked and said the replacement nor the refund could be processed. The man I spoke with on the phone, the owner, was being very rude and practically yelling in response to me asking for him to make their mistake right. I ended the phone call and clearly decided Iโ€™d never be going back. A few minutes later the owners wife had called back, yelling, that we had no money and weโ€™re lying about the food. Honestly we thought it was a joke at this point and all we could do was laugh as the order was payed for by credit card as soon as it was placed. My mom and brother went to the restaurant to show how improperly the food was prepared and the owners acted very out of line and unprofessional as they yelled and harassed them out of the restaurant about how she hopes my mom and her kids die. This was all on video and quite frankly wonโ€™t be...

First time Iโ€™ve ordered from this Chinese restaurant and it took over an hour to get here. Which is fine, but once it arrive I was super dissapointed. The food was hot but absolutely disgusting! Iโ€™ve never had such terrible Chinese food in my life. The combination lo Mein was a super weird color and all the meat tasted funny. The Kung pao chicken tasted like no other Kung pao Iโ€™ve had, that was also terrible. And the sesame chicken was literally a big ball of mush. All the breading on the chicken was stuck and mooshed to each other, not even edible. THE RICE IS EVEN HARD! So I called and was very polite about the food. The manager talked to the owner and they said their food is fresh and thatโ€™s just how it is. So if you like your Chinese food like this I would order here! BLEHHHH!!! ZERO STARS!! Only put one star because I had to inorder to post...

We have ordered 5 times since moving here 3 months ago. I have to wonder if the chef has something against flavor. The dishes are consistently bland, tasteless and unappetizing. The wonton soup broth tastes and looks like dish water. It difficult to call the hot and sour soup because there was nothing that made it hot and sour. The Pad Thai is watered down with no flavor at all. The only flavor on the Pad Thai was the peanuts - and they were burnt this time. The chicken in the sweet and sour chicken was practically nonexistent, but there was a ton of batter. The batter was burnt this time, as well. The Mongolian beef was equally flavorless, bland and disappointing. The sad part is that this is how the food has been every single time we have ordered. Even if one time had been good then we would think there was potential, but there is...

Looked for an Oriental restaurant and found this gem! Walked in and we were the only ones in the restaurant until another couple came. Husband ordered shrimp and broccoli and I ordered the happy family dinner combos, which included soup, egg roll, a fried cheese wonton and choice of steam or fried rice. The menu is extensive with everything one would ever want to eat. The jasmine tea needed time to brew but was still good. I should have never looked down because the restaurant needs a thorough cleaning! If we were to be back, in the area, I would stop back .. maybe for take out.

Guys, You've got to do a better job with frying your chicken! The two dishes that I got for the kids to eat, the chicken was so poorly cooked we may as well have served them cardboard. Everything else was average but when I come home to feed 4 kids and then have to make frozen pizza because you failed at what should be super simple and delicious, then I'm not happy. I have it a four star because it was hot and ready when. I showed up and the girl was nice, but that doesn't fix the chicken.

(Caveat: this was noon, mid-week visit). The place was empty, but for the proprietors, whose little boy wondered the floor - which was fine, he was cute, it made it folksy. The Kung Pao Chicken was a large portion but a bit sauce-heavy and a unique carrot/celery-forward recipe with no sight of the usual onions in the mix. Not bad, but a little too saucy for me. Service was fine, place was clean - though the space seemed awkwardly utilized.
