Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Glenpool

I have spent my last dime with this Pizza Hut! I placed an order online that included cheese bread sticks. There was not a way to modify the bread sticks to omit parmesan cheese because there is an allergy on our household. I opted to call the store directly and the female I spoke to said no problem, I have it taken care of. Fun fact, it was not taken care of! We got our order 30 minutes after expected delivery time with bread sticks full of Parmesan cheese. No, I didn't call back to ask for another order or a partial refund because that would have been about the 10th time I would have had to make that call. I am so tired of one simple request not being paid attention to. I stopped ordering from them for a while because of this same problem and mistakenly gave them another chance. This was their last chance. I am tired of ordering food that I can't eat and throwing money away. If you have any kind of modification to your order, you should steer clear of this Pizza Hut. They won't get it right, whether it's a health...

Today I received an order that was partially wrong. I got a pepperoni/mushroom pizza when I ordered a ham/bacon/jalapeno pizza. Way off so I called it. The response from the manager, Amber, was awesome. She was very apologetic and gave me options on how they could make it up to me. I chose to get the right pizza, and about 30 minutes later Amber, the manager, showed up at my door with my hot pizza and a cookie for my kids for the inconvenience. Ordered 3 pizzas and a pasta at 6:25 pm. Took an hour for my order to be ready. When I showed up, I was told there is only 2 of us. Ok, I get you are a bit behind. An hour though?? If y’all would have spent more time making the orders instead of being on your personal phones, maybe, just maybe there wouldn’t have been a lobby full of frustrated people. One lady stood there for 20 mins before anyone even came to talk to her. Absolutely ridiculous! Bad communication on the workers part and not to mention the store was a disaster.
