Subway — Restaurant in Glenpool

Around aug-24th 8pm After work, i came into this subway just to get a footlong cold cut sub. Only for this weird & unfriendly kinda young black dude to serve me. Most uncomfortable experience there ever! So far.. i was kinda in a hurry but not rushing, but he was taking his sweet time like he didn't give a dam, and the section that night to have the tomatoes go on the subs looked like they were looking all spoiled and rotten almost. All shriveled up & half way dried & stuff..like please! Get some fresh tomato slices!. I told him what i thought and he didn't seem to give a crap. BTW I am also African American in my late 40's so don't think this was racially motivated or bogus. And on top his little friends was popping in to chit chat with him right when it was me in the middle trying to get my food & leave😑. Everything about that night was so unprofessional. I wouldn't tell you its all like that, all the time cause most time when i visit? It's very pleasant there getting my food and going.. but nah, not this time?, y'all talking that L😑. I may never come back...

This was one of the worst subways I have ever been to,the staff was so unfriendly they just slopped the sandwiches together,they made my son's meatball and acted like it was a bother,the lady (older) was tapping her fingers when my son was trying to order the veggies he wanted,the younger one with the greenish color hair was rude infact she left right in the middle of my sandwich to go to the back,but she didn't even say anything, just left while I was ordering my sandwich. The onions were horrible looking,their veggies were limp and looked like they had been sitting out for to long! They slammed the lids,to busy eating and doing other things than to wait on the customers,who pays for them to have a job! Will not go back and I will be...

My husband and I just left Subway with 2 footlong sandwiches. I asked the lady, "Gracie" who was making sandwiches if I could substitute the roast beef for salami. I was met witha resounding NO WE DO NOT SUBSTITUTE MEAT, from behind me. I was shocked at the rudeness of this person. Did she work here? She was not in uniform. I looked over to Gracie who politely offered a solution, along with a smile. Let's make you a Turkey and ham and add salami. She was very kindhearted. Nancy is the name of the "lady" who was extremely rude. But had no problem getting behind the counter to run the cash register. How do you run a business, other than into the ground with that kind...
