I visited this location on November 13th 2024 on that date I ordered a tomato soup and mozzarella sticks the server brought out 3 table spoons of soup in my bowl which I sent back for her to add some more she brought out this piping hot soup that was a burnt orange color and crusted how long it was put into a microwave or whatever they used to cooked it but I did wait a bit and blow on the soup to cool it down and once I took one sip out of my soup I was instantly burned my mouth felt the hot spoon and hot liquid burning it even my teeth felt the pain I instantly swallowed out of reflex and ate some ice to cool it down it took quite some time for a server or manager to come around but the next day later I got a phone call from the apple bees headquarters or whatever he was and he told me not to seek medical attention or treatment I don’t have have health insurance he knew that so he told me he has an investigation going it has been three months almost four and they offer me a $150 Apple bees gift card or $150 check I am still having speech difficulties I have had blisters in my mouth I had to go through extreme pain and stress me not being able to talk affected my work because I work on TikTok as a stay at home mom influencer I couldn’t make any content and haven’t brought in any revenue for the past three months I know they clearly told me not to seek medical attention or care because they didn’t want to get sued but This place deserves to be sued for the damages done to my mouth and my life I truly regret eating at this Applebees and I will never eat at another Applebees again because of the way I’ve been treated I hope that none of you share this same experience that I have and I wish I could afford lawyers to sue this place but I can’t even afford a doctors visit and God only knows if I will ever taste again thank you Applebees -...
Read moreThe host named Allen assumed we lied about our party size when we repeatedly told him we only had 5 people. His attitude was extremely rude and even when we tried to make the situation lighthearted after HE made us all feel awkward and uncomfortable he still had a stank attitude. We’ve never met a host/worker like that before and we had just come from work so we know what it’s like to work a long shift and we still wouldn’t be rude to guests the way that he was being rude. On top of that I left my food, the buffalo wings made me throw up they might’ve been a little undercooked im not sure. Other than that the rest of the food was okay. Our waitress Jenna M was okay, she also asked if we were having anyone else join us though when we had already told Allen so many times no. We ended up having an EXTRA large booth for only 4 people with so much unnecessary space it felt as if they were trying to be petty STILL assuming we were going to have more people join us after we repeatedly told them we weren’t. Allen said he was going off “past experience” where more people showed up than expected, but overall he just had an attitude as soon as we walked through the door. We understand having long shifts and being annoyed having to deal with guests, but we hadn’t done anything to make him annoyed when we just walked into the place and said we had 5 people. He was like “_are you sure it’s only 5 people” we said yes why would we lie about that we just came from a long shift too? And he proceeded to to say “you guys are definitely still lying” maybe something happened to him for him to have such a bad attitude in the way he was talking to us but we’re not sure we work 8-10 hour shifts and can still be nice to people especially when they haven’t done anything to deserve a rude welcome.. actually we didn’t even get a...
Read moreOrdered to-go. Was told that I would have to come inside to the bar, as it was a half hour before closing. I said okay and she said "bye". No total, no thank you, no estimated time. I got there 5 minutes after ordering, went inside, and proceeded to stand at the bar for 3 minutes watching the bartender scroll through Facebook and text while facing the wall before she turned around and noticed me. She told me that there was a server who was handling the order. She got that server and told her, and then the server disappeared into the kitchen for a few minutes. I figured my food wasn't ready. She finally came out with it, and with a check. I gave her cash. She went to the register and stalled, as it was abnormally long for ringing up an order, I believe she was hoping I would leave without my change. Finally, she returned with my change, I thanked her, and then she stood beside me staring at me. I'm assuming she was hoping for a tip for walking into the kitchen, picking up my food, and ringing it up. Had it been car-side I would have tipped like I always do. Before leaving I watched the bartender spray the pouring tips on the alcohol bottles with cleaner (she was trying to clean the cooler behind them, but I guess didn't think to remove the bottles first.) She then used those bottles to make a few more drinks before taking them out of their places and cleaning the cooler again. Why she didn't just take them all out in the first place, instead of spraying them with toxic cleaner, I will never know. Oh, and my food wasn't hot, or even warm, it was cold, which means that when she server disappeared into the kitchen, she clearly did not immediately get my food as it was ready. This was...
