Owner of the restaurant actually had the audacity to scream at a customer because they were incapable of properly managing their orders.

Super Bowl Sunday. Placed an order at 4:30pm and was told the order would be ready in about 30 minutes. I showed up to pick up the order after 40 minutes, plus waited in a very long line for nearly 15 more minutes. Got to the front of the line.

  1. The woman in front of me who waited was told as she tried to order that they would not be able to get her order completed. So after all of that wait that poor woman had to leave. They SHOULD have announced to the customers waiting that they will no longer be taking new orders.
  2. I gave them my number to get my order and that was a Massive pile of completed orders on top of the ovens. They even called the name for a completed order but the customers wasn't there. But when I gave them my order the server dug through the piles and frantically was looking only to find that my order wasn't even started yet. Correct: Over an hour later and they never even STARTED my order. I chose not to pay until my order was completed. I asked the server, how long will it take to be complete. She did not have an answer, and the cook said, "Oh and one of our ovens just went down." I said, "That's just great. I ordered about an hour ago. And my order wasn't even started yet." Granted I was displeased but I wasn't yelling. But the owner came out and IMMEDIATELY started yelling at me and then tried to appeal to the customers. "Do you care if his order is not ready yet?"

TOTALLY unprofessional. I don't care if your over is broken. And I don't care about your other customers. I care about MY order that you LIED About and told me it would be ready in 30 minutes and it wasn't even STARTED an hour later.

As much business as I HAD given this establishment, I will no longer do so. Their pizza is okay, but it was close to my house, but I have places that are closer. They always drop a pepper on your pizza if you order well done so there is this horrible taste of peppers on a plain cheese.

Normally the workers are pleasant and professional, and tonight they were doing just fine until Mr. Tough Guy steps up and starts screaming.

You KNOW what demand you will have and should be thankful for ANYBODY wanting to spend their hard earned money to get an overpriced pizza from you. You KNOW if is Super Bowl Sunday so you should have assured that your ovens were maintained property. You KNOW it is going to be busy so you should be on top of your staff to make sure your tickets are being honored in a timely manner. And YOU KNOW That you screwed up my order so you should have pushed my order to the front of the line since I was actually THERE to pick it up. And if you can't handle the pressure of ONE busy night....don't take it out on your customers. IT's time to retire.

Disgraceful and he only embarassed himself. So now I am done with this place.

How you treat customers tells you all you need to know about how you VALUE your customers who pay YOUR bills.

I am done with Nick's Pizza, as is my family and my...

Update: pizzas were delivered and at least one was put back into the oven. The crust is burnt to the taste and rock hard. It was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. My jaw hurts from attempting to eat it but I couldn’t get past the burnt taste.

I’ve honestly never experienced a MANAGER and the original employee we spoke with around 8pm on 7/25 argue with a customer the way this manager just argued with us. We ordered 4 pizzas and French fries via DoorDash. Apparently our doordasher wasn’t paying attention and ONLY brought us the French fries, ok. That’s on DoorDash. So we call to see what the best way to get the pizzas we’re, not knowing if they would drop it off or if we go directly through DoorDash. I pull up DoorDash to process it as a “reorder at no charge” while we’re on the phone with the manager who’s arguing that the order was never closed out or picked up. We’re trying to explain to them that we know the pizzas are still there, we know that much. But if we’re replacing the order, by the time another driver comes and gets it and drops it off those pizzas will no longer be fresh if they’ve already been sitting there at least 20 minutes. We spent $80 (yes our total through DoorDash) and he continued to yell about how it’s only $65 to them. Okay? That had nothing to do with the situation at hand. We understand that the original error was not nicks fault, but the absolute disrespect that both the original employee (who obviously can get away with it if management is the same) and the manager completely disrespected us when all we wanted to do was make sure that we were going about it the correct way and we’re going to be delivered fresh pizzas. We’ll definitely never order...

The pizza was alright, not the best, just average. The issue I had was the man who answered the phone and took my order. He seemed very irritated, rude, and just horrible customer service interaction. He made it feel like it was an inconvenience to do his job. I was working when I ordered and all I ordered was one large pizza for me and my coworker for delivery, I gave him the address, which was 4 minutes away. He asked if I wanted to add a tip, I said sure and told him $6 for the delivery driver. I asked how long it would take, he told me an hour and a half, so I asked if I picked it up then how long until it would he ready, he told me 20 minutes. So I went and picked it up. When I got there, there were 2 men standing behind the counter, didn't even look my way, I was only greeted by the girl who was at the register. I had paid ahead of time on the phone because it was originally supposed to be delivery, so when i picked up the pizza, they handed me the pizza and walked away. They kept the $6 tip and never said anything to me about it. All i got was an attitude and my money stolen. So, as you can imagine, I will never order from this place again, and I would never recommend this...

Just moved to the area and wanted to try this spot. I have a SEVERE allergic reaction to mushroom that will put me in an anaphylactic shock, to the point I would need to be incubated and shot up with epi. I ordered small cheese pepperoni pizza. Guess what I found on my pizza? A mushrooms. Didn't bother to call the pizzeria in fear of nothing happening. I didn't even eat the pizza. I have it to my kid friends. Had I ate it a huge lawsuit would have followed. I'm glad I saw it. My salad was also missing the dressing. Won't be ordering from her again and going to bed hungry.

Placed an order online that included a hot roast beef sub. It arrived dry with just bread, roast beef and cheese. No au jus sauce. The manager/owner says it doesn't come with any sauce even though I've ordered it from there before and it clearly states on their website "Sub Roll, Auju Sos and Hot Roast Beef". It seems they would rather lie to their customers so they don't take a hit instead of making things right.
