Break Beats — Restaurant in Golden

I just found my new favorite breakfast spot in Golden, and it's a food truck called Break Beats! If you're looking for an amazing breakfast, you have to check this place out. I ordered the sausage and egg breakfast sandwich on a kaiser roll, and it was incredible. Every part of it was perfect. The kaiser roll itself was cooked just right—soft and fresh, holding everything together perfectly. Inside, there was a nice, healthy serving of fluffy egg and some of the best-tasting sausage I have ever had. But the real star of the sandwich was the green chili mayo. It was such a unique and delicious touch that brought the whole thing to another level with a bit of a kick. We also got their hash brown, and it was perfect—golden, buttery, and incredibly crispy. If you get one, make sure to ask for the Chipotle ketchup. It's a game-changer and takes an already great hash brown to a whole other level. It's easily one of the best breakfast places I've been to. You can sit outside on their patio at the picnic tables, and the owners are just the nicest people. Absolutely blown away after finding this brand new breakfast sandwich food truck in Golden! The flavor combinations are amazing, every sandwich feels carefully thought out and packed with taste. Perfect way to start the morning.

The Symphony is my current go-to (the eggs, cheese, bacon, caramelized onions... unreal), but honestly everything on the menu hits the spot! And pay attention to the sauces: the green chile mayo is next-level, and the chipotle cherry ketchup is unlike anything I've ever had. Pro tip: grab some of that ketchup on the side for the hashbrowns. You'll thank me later.

On top of the food, the couple running this truck is super friendly and are from right down the street. Supporting local when the food is quality on top of it is a WIN!

It's also one of the most affordable food truck menus I've seen in years, man that's refreshing!! Breakfast food trucks are a rarity, and this one is an absolute gem. I can't wait to watch them explode in popularity in the coming future!

We drive by this truck on the way to the dog park and have been wanting to stop for a while! I definitely recommend this for breakfast or lunch!
