My boyfriend was craving a sub and this is where he wanted to go. Of course I had to try something because I had been at work all day and didn't eat anything. I had a sub with roast beef, ham and turkey. . . Everything on it with extra lettuce, mayo and turkey. It was perfect. I ate the whole thing. It was so good. Now they forgot the extra meat on his sandwich so we had to wait for them to remake his. The guy who took our order was very friendly but the young lady making it had the meanest look on her face and didn't speak to anyone, you could definitely tell she did not want to be there. And she definitely wasn't happy when she had to remake the sub because she forgot extra meat. Her attitude will not stop us from coming back.

I tried the steak & cheese sub and it wasn’t good to me. The steak meat isn’t even cooked throughly it almost look like it’s roast beef meat and the picture from the menu didn’t look like the steak I had received. The cashier guy was nice, Also that was my first time trying the restaurant out but I wasn’t going to come back until a worker did recommend me to try the Jamaican Jerk Turkey next!

The food is good. We ordered carry out and when we got home the order was incorrect. We called to speak to a manager and were told they would call us back in 10 to 15 minutes. They never called. When we called back again hours later they told us that it was unfortunate that they screwed our order up but if we don't have the sandwich to bring back in, they can't do anything about it. Mind you this was 7 hours later. The issue was that one sandwich wasn't supposed to have mayo on it, and one wasn't supposed to have lettuce on it. The 2 stars it gets is because the food is good, but unfortunately we received 2 sandwiches that we didn't order, and they never wanted to do...

I ordered my sub, sat down to wait for it to get ready. 2 other people came in after me , how about the people who came in after me get the food before me. That made me really upset. I asked they about my order the guy said he was sorry he getting my order now.i told him if u hvnt started it by now dont I want my money back. Now mind u I was there before these people come in . How do they get there order before me. I will not be going to this firehouse anymore. To me this was happened on purpose, not fair. They are all a little confused in there.
