Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Gonzales

I use to be a serve so I understand if your under staffed but how ridiculous is it to have the bartender let everyone know that even tho the place is empty she has to do everything and that's why it's taken her forever to seat us....once we get seated by our server because the bartender went to the back and never came back she took our order right away and there was no tea or lemonade and she let us know do to people not showing up she didn't have time to make tea mind you only the bar and take out was busy there was only 3 tables taken and that's with us included after she takes our order our fried pickles were great but our hatch queso was cold then our wings were cold and burnt to a crispy....mind you we are all sitting in the restaurant seeing one lady on the phone laughing and the only one truly working was the lady doing take out the bartender was so upset she had to run our food and I asked for forks salt ranch and plates that she legit told me your server will be right with you went to the back never came back our waiter finally came I let her k ow I asked for lemon pepper and they were naked wings and everyone's wings were cold and burnt she brought me back the same wings for everyone just microwaved I had also ordered a side of large fries and extra hatch queso which I didn't receive until I was half way thru my meal mind you they took my stuff back and everything and I still didn't get my fries until I was already done never got refills because everyone was in the back doing who knows what.....I paid $80 and when I say never again I mean never again will I eat here the sad part is I've been going here for the last 5 Thursday and I'm extremely...

Our waitress had no hospitality skills. No napkins available. Forgot to ask for our appetizers. Waited an hour for food. Our waitress came out and told us she was in training and our food has been waiting in the kitchen. She said she had to “sneak our food out” bc her manager had her running around. I can only call her our waitress bc she never told us her name. Every time a waitress would pass us we got hit with the smell of weed. The food comes out one of my friend’s plates are cold. One of my friends ordered a bacon burger and the bacon was burnt, black, and hard. One of my friends sauce tasted spoiled. Another one of my friends ordered a plate of fries and guacamole for our appetizer and never received it. Our waitress had to ask us multiple times what was missing from our table. I had ordered a plate of 15 traditional wings with Honey BBQ sauce and Caribbean Jerk. The plate comes out and I try my honey BBQ, it tastes like spoiled milk and is incredibly hot. I tell my waitress very politely that it is the wrong sauce and she smells my plate and goes “oh yeah that is Mango Habanero my boyfriend works in the kitchen and he did the same thing to me before”. She comes back with a plate of 4 honey BBQ wings and leaves the plate with the Honey Habanero at our table. A couple minutes later she comes and takes our plate with our Caribbean Jerk wings before we are done and we never receive more. When we are leaving we overhear the waitresses pointing and making faces at us. For a place called Buffalo Wild Wings I never thought they would be so unprepared...

Well, I had given this place another chance or two since the original review and they were doing okay during 2020 (probably had an overstock and few customers "risking it"), but this year they've gotten so unbelievably stingy. I'm not sure if I just got a bad batch of "wings", but what I received for $35 was pitiable. Each "boneless wing" was about the size of a Burger King chicken nugget, some pieces were actually smaller. The sauce was barely on the wings, it was so obvious the workers used as little as possible, some were devoid of sauce. I had initially noticed a problem when the take-out bag seemed a bit light for a 30 wing order, but I didn't realize how bad the problem was until I got home. Finally dropped this review down to a 1-star. Never going back, ever, absolutely not, period, finito, done deal. I'll find something else to eat if I'm "craving wings". Because I could have paid $4.50 and gotten the same treatment/food from Burger King as I got for $35 from this location.

Not sure if I'll be going back to this place. Twice I've gone and ordered myself a "Large" order of boneless only to count 20 wings total in the little bins. I've researched it and there should be 24. So basically each "flavor" I pick, they put 1 less wing in the bin. I only started noticing this as I've managed to eat all 20 of them, whereas I'd usually take a couple home (like the last 4). Not a good sign when they try to shave a little...
