We have had so many issues with this particular Dominos. The last straw was last night. Our order was put in at 11:38. The website states as long as it is in before Midnight, the order WILL BE delivered. We watch the pizza tracker, of course. The email confirmation stated the pizza should arrive with in 28 minutes. We had our porch light on. We were eagerly awaiting our pizza delivery. The tracker stated it was "out fir delivery". Our pizza never showed up. Our card was charged. We called today and there was so much yelling and laughing (all around horse play) in the background, the girl who answered was not listening to us. She kept saying we needed to pay for our order to be delivered. ??? So, we had to request 4 times to talk to the manager. The manager was beyond rude and disrespectful. She just kept talking over myself and my husband. She told us that our order was cancelled and our money would be refunded. Why was our order cancelled? If it went out for delivery and our card was charged HOW/WHO WAS OUR ORDER CANCELLED? She said the driver tried to call us, we told her we have no missed calls or voice mails, she proceeded to YELL that she did not know what happen! We actually have this call recorded. The manager was yelling so loud our security cameras picked up the call. I have never delt with a supposed manager that was so rude and immature. That would explain why so many who live in our area have had issues. Our neighbors let us know they have had the same situation, their cards were charged, and pizza never showed up. Some were told their pizza went out for delivery and they got it and were lying. Others were told their orders were cancelled just like ours, but had to call and demand a refund. They had me wait for over 2 hours and not only that because his team member did not call spencer and give him my new phone number spencer ended up back at the store. I let the boy know my address was not on GPS and I changed my phone number. The guy obviously did not call and let him know what I said and I knew he wouldn’t because he told me spencer is an assistant manager and he knows the area well. When spencer was trying to explain why he was back at the store I cut in and let him know it could have all been avoided in so many words. I was livid when I was on the phone with him because I had 3 children waiting to eat. The only time I did not have an attitude from someone was the first time I called. Other than that everyone was rude and it was uncalled for. This could have all been avoided if the team did not have a snotty attitude, and I’m not going to drop this. After they messed up and I was telling the assistant manager spencer what was going on he told me my order was cancelled and hung up the phone. I called back to make sure he put the money back on my card and he picked up the phone and hung it up. Read morewaited at the window for ten minutes with no acknowledgement. One girl inside actually looked right at me and kept walking. Finally pulled around to the other window and when I asked, was told that the initial window's bell is broken. If they are going to ignore that window they should put a sign in it directing customers to drive around. Also, my pizza was wrong. It clearly says mushrooms right on the box, but ended up with pepperoni instead. I understand they were busy, but come on. I'll wait for the RIGHT pizza. (edit: I left this review a year ago, but thanks for the reply. You've left no email address to contact you, but that's okay. My only suggestion is that you put a sign in the window that is closed if you close it. Generally I am not unhappy with this location. I don't feel entitled to super friendly service, just courteous, and I generally receive courtesy from your staff. Nevertheless, sometimes your staff are super nice, and I consider that exceptional.
