Two separate occasion. experience exactly the same. Both times I ended up just leaving you cannot get service at the drive-through window you cannot get service at the counter. He will not be acknowledged either place. The service is hands-down the absolute worst! I sat in the drive-through with two cars ahead of me for 20 minutes. Left came back decided to go into the lobby those two cars were still sitting there. I went inside to the counter no one looked at my direction I stood there for 10 minutes before I simply left. One young lady was waiting in there for her order for so long she was falling asleep. I watch them work just moseying along like there’s no sense of urgency to get a persons order in and taken care of. Literally literally literally taking their own precious time in oblivion. No sense of customer satisfaction with regard to being time attentive whatsoever. NONE! No ma’am I’ll be right with you just a moment. No welcome to Popeyes I’ll be with you in just a moment. And those workers don’t understand why Popeyes may be the best that they’ll ever get for the rest of their lives. I can see why they are at Popeyes. Attitude goes a long way with business. And if you can’t do any better at a fast food restaurant then you cant make it anywhere. Shame on you. But you wanna be paid college grab money for unskill labor. You want to be paid. The nerve to feel entitled to more while giving that kind of service. They will argue with you be ready to fight with you and everything else at that Popeyes on airline highway. Read moreI give this store 1 star because I have to in order to leave a review. I sat in the drive through line for over 15 mins tonight waiting to get the fries they did not send me via the door dash order I placed. When I got to the order menu I was not acknowledged. I waited for over 5 mins then said hello the other person said it would be a minute. I waited I am sure an additional 10 minutes and was still not serviced. If I were the manager there they all would have been fired or put on a 90 day warning. if I had compliments like this. I do hope the store manager or/ and regional manager sees that this issue is fixed. On top of that there were 2 cars ahead of me that ordered and 4 more behind me that were in line to order. I drove off because as a customer there is no need to not be waited on in a timely manner. I felt bad for the customers who were behind me also having to wait so long. It's called fast food for a reason. Tonight was not fast at all. I can and will not give any stars for food, service, or atmosphere. Also, I drove by them the first time cause they did not even have the outdoor lights on so, I did not see them. So, very sad indeed. I will not be ordering from here again until this...
Read moreThis place absolutely sucks. They literally cannot read an order. Last time we ordered here, we ordered online. We arrived 30 minutes later to pick up our order and still had to wait 51 minutes in the lobby for pick up before anyone even acknowledged us, and once we got home, our order was wrong. This time, we decided to give them another chance. We ordered the game day deal. We had 12 boneless wings, and 12 bone in wings. 4 different flavors. We got here and our order was ready. We decided to check it before we left this time. They had three containers of boneless wings and an order of fries. We asked them to fix it and the little girl at the counter had a crap attitude and snatched out receipt away from us. I've had a job slinging chicken before and it is not that difficult.
