I get it it's McDonald's but I think today was just enough! Last time I was there the employee was celebrating someone getting fired, was awkward in the transaction all together. Today was seriously just beyond inconsiderate to time other people have. So I place my order 4 times to the same person, she said $13 is the total I get the the window she says $16 takes my money incredibly rude aggressively befor my hand even reached a stopping point because there was already such a problem ordering and now my total had changed when i got to the window to pay I was just going to ask for the manager anyway. I mean this is kinda ridiculous. So I get to the first window an the manager is trying to hand me an ice cream Sunday and has 5 bags of food so I simply said that is not mine. I have had a problem ordering my recite is not what I ordered. This manager seemed more frustrated that I just didn't take the Sunday an wrong food an be on my way. I could tell she just wasn't going to be able to handle fixing the problem when she herself was confused looking at the recite that said hot an spicy chicken sandwich and I was telling her we ordered burgers. So I just asked her if I could just have my money back. I seriously waited an entire song on the radio while she went to open a drawer an get my original money so I could leave her line. I said sorry for the trouble and she starts trying to talk to me like you know what. ... and I said yeah I just had a problem since I got here and you being the manager and trying to hand me ice-cream just doesn't interest me to know you'll fix the problem. This McDonald's needs help...... every experience is like this lately. Wrong change incorrect items. Best watch you recites. We had 2 drinks rang on our recite we never had drinks. Had burt food the last time. Time before that had nearly a raw hasbrown. Don't know what's up with this place but it used to be really spot on. đ I'm really confused at why the experience today was so rude all the way through yet I simply was trying to grab...
Read moreAvoid this location at all costs. -- I was there this morning for breakfast items it was about 10:00 in the morning so the only things they're really selling are McGriddles or McMuffins on their specials. Somehow most of us had to get into the waiting line in the Drive-Thru where they bring out the bag to you. There were three cars behind me waiting for their food I was number two one car in front of me.
A young kid brought out two bags. He was incompetent, untrained and did know what was inside them or which customerbtgey were for.
There's no receipt on the outside of the bag so he proceeded to start putting his hands jnside the bag moving all the items around inside the bag then handed both of them to the driver of the car in front of me - he did the same thing and handed it back to the kid.
HUGE Public Health Violation
So now two different people I have no idea of their hygiene have been fumbling through these two bags. I say to him again is that mine here's what's in it he said it doesn't look like it and returned it into the McDonald's.
Then a woman came out carrying the same 2 bags a few minutes later and I said was this the bag that the kid just brought out she said yes I said I've been waiting for it for 14 minutes now and now three different people have been putting their hands all around it she said I don't know what to say he's new. I said do job training and Public Health training.
When I got home and I knew I should have gone back in and talked to a manager immediately - 2 of the sandwiches were completely outside of their wrapper and scattered in the bag - I will alert the public health department as this is disgusting.
I will return the bag tomorrow for a full refund, we cannot eat food that other people have been touching one of which is a non emoyee.
I give up on this location they have gotten it wrong so many times. Probably has food poisoning and who knows what the...
Read moreMcDonald's policy is if they make a mistake and I go thru drive-thru and you don't have a receipt they won't give you the one item you missed so they need to make sure their cashiers are giving out the receipts. I went in there spent $56 and said I'm missing one cheeseburger told him what the order was so they could have went back and seen that I knew exactly what the order was but no they just said they can't help me because I never got a receipt. I got four of the five cheeseburgers and they didn't have pickles on them and I said can I at least get the pickles you owe me and I had to pretty much get loud just to get pickles for the cheeseburgers I already had. Very disappointed in the service I don't like to have to get loud or rude but they weren't helping me until I did. It was just a cheeseburger if I was lieing I would have asked for a whole meal. I understand the rules but you also need to use some common sense with the rules.
We used to eat McDonald's a couple times a week. Honestly the orders are always a little messed up and I don't say anything but I had my bf daughter with and she picky.Honestly for all the wrong food I gotten in the past and just ate it and the one time I complained I was very was disappointing. Honestly we might just start making cheese burger at home. I know I'm just one person and it doesn't matter to such a big company, I wish big companies trained their employees with the rules and the common sense on how to use them and when.
The cheeseburger that was missing was for my 88 year Gram with dementia and I refuse to give that location any more money so we had to go to Taco Bell and get her bean burrito and then by the time we got home and had the argument in the store all of our food was cold so we spent $56 missing food and it was cold.
Very disappointed ex...
