Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Goshen

So this was the first time my wife has literally walked out of any place. We went out for n early Father's day dinner on june 15th. She ordered a steak medium well and it came out almost raw. we had it recooked. Manager came out and apologized said he let the cooks know. 10 min later she got her meal back and it came out still raw. That was enough for us. We literally ate an appetizer and drank 2 drinks. I didn't even eat my meal. Worst part was after she walked out the manager came out and apologized again and told me he took the steak off the price but actually they charged us for 2 steak dinners...they CHARGED US FOR THE STEAK THEY HAD TO RECOOK PLUS THE ONE WE SENT BACK...and only took 1 off! So 80 dollars later we left hungry. THEY DIDNT EVEN OFFER A BOX FOR THE FOOD THAT WE DIDNT EAT. We have been coming here for years but not again. This ruined my father's day dinner. Literally 80 dollars with no food in our stomachs. We will not be returning. The lack of cooking experience and the carelessness of staff and management to make there mistakes right ruined it. If they would've handled it the correct way it would be a complete different story. Very disappointed. We don't get to go out much anymore so thank you Chili's for Father's day raw steak special. My husband requested to come to Chili’s after his surgery. he was really looking forward to eating here today we got sat down and the waiter passed us 3 to 4 times without checking to see if we were ready to take our order. There were three tables they got seated after us, but those tables managed to get all their drinks, their appetizers and even their main entrée before we did so I called at the front and the “” manager got on the phone and told me that what the problem was in the kitchen and all the things that they had going on, but once our food finally came, that was another four or five times that the waiter ignored us didn’t refill our drinks so on and so forth. So we asked, could we just pay for the soup and pay for our drinks in the end the waiter kept the bill pretty much the same without taking off all the other things, but they did offer to take the cold food with us.! so once the way to realize the Manager had to be involved, the waiter continuously ignored us and waited on the other tables like he was doing before we brought all this to his attention! I don’t really know what’s going on with Chiles at this point, but they service is horrible and if the kitchen cannot keep up with what’s going on, then they need to find another way to serve their customers better! My family and I went on kid's night and the service was absolutely awful. Much of my family have been in the restaurant business so I try to be understanding but considering they didn't have that many customers at the time I was there wasn't really any excuse. We had to wait 20 minutes for a table for 6 which wasn't bad but we waited another 15 before we were ask what we wanted to drink. I then waited another 25 for my one drink from the bar. We ordered appetizers which took 20 more minutes and at the time of it's arrival we just ordered our food to go. We weren't asked if we wanted refills on any of our drinks and with having children that were restless, hungry, and ready to leave we asked for our food and were told it was getting boxed for over 30 minutes. At the end of it every other table that was seated after us had their food and come to find out one of our dish had been "misplaced" and we had to wait even longer for our to go orders to come out. We then had missing sides and had to wait even longer. In the end we had been there for over 2 and 1/2 hours with our table being ignored most of the time. Talking with the manager did nothing except making us wait another 10 minutes to figure out he wasn't going to come back. I do not recommend this place for anyone especially since the food was...
