I rate the speed of service and the assertiveness of the employees a 2. The actual pizza was a 5 hands down. Keep reading if you want the details of what to expectâŚ
Iâll start with the cons: â˘Difficult ordering process. Like other reviews mentioned, they forward your call to order to a call center which takes FOREVER. The lady was polite, but extremely slow and sounded like she was reading from a script the whole time- very time-consuming and an unbearably slow ordering process. â˘We arrived to pickup our order when we were told it would be ready. It hadnât even been made yet and we were told it would be another 45 mins. This was pretty frustrating as it was dinner time on a school night and we have a kindergartener, but we went to Wendyâs and got fries while we waited, got gas and watched them make pizzas which was fun. â˘The employees making pizzas seemed completely unconcerned with the insanely long wait, moving at a snailâs pace. I have never seen people make pizza so slowly in my life⌠you would think with as many people standing and waiting for their orders and watching them as there were, that they would feel the urgency and speed up even just a little. But alas, they did not.
Pros: Literally THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD! This is the pizza I have been looking for my entire 29 years haha. Hereâs why-
â˘the hand-tossed crust is to DIE FOR. It is the definition of perfection- chewy, but not tough. Crispy, but not hard. Soft and moist, but not soggy. Not too sweet, and perfectly seasoned on the edges. Literal perfection. â˘they LOAD IT UP with toppings. Most pizzas hardly have any toppings and you end up just filling up on the crust. Not this pizza! They are really balanced ratios of crust to toppings. â˘they actually spread ALL of the toppings CLEAR TO THE EDGE OF THE CRUST HALLELUJAHđ¤Šđđź most pizza places place most of the toppings in the middle of the pizza which is maddening. So satisfying having even toppings tip of slice to crust. Yay! â˘the flavor and freshness of ingredients was incredible!! We got 2 medium hand-tossed pizzas- one Memphis BBQ and one Philly Cheese Steak. The flavor and freshness on both was immaculate. â˘our VERRRRY picky 5 year old son ate an entire piece of the Philly Cheese Steak pizza- Iâm still shookđđ green peppers, onions and everything! Said âthis is the best pizza in the whole live world!â â˘last pro- the staff were all very friendly and as helpful as they could be so that was nice.
So, my final thoughts- if you donât mind waiting forever and planning ahead two hours before your meal then order from this place as the pizza more than makes up for the long wait time in my opinion. You will not...
Read moreI prefer real Italian pizza, but my favorite was closed and it was raining so I decided to order pizza from here. I went in about 1 month ago to pick up, I watched them rush the food out the oven, the ladies that worked there have zero patience. I donât understand why people work in an environment where they will deal with the public and not have patience. Why donât you find a job where you donât have to fake care. My pizza that day was 8/10 only because I watched them make it. 5/16/25 we used a coupon to order pizza, I tried the pan pizza, and it was nasty 0/10. Pan pizza is supposed to imitate the pan, with either a thicker crust and burnt edges, this pizza wasnât a pan pizza. It was an excess amount of cheese, which I did pay for extra cheese, but the 2 toppings I ordered on the pizza, you literally could count the sausage and the mushrooms. My pizza wasnât made with care, but rushed. It wasnât even cooked done. The wings here are mushy they -do -not -get crispy at all. The wings are undercooked and not done, called the store to complain about the chicken wings because chicken has to be cooked done or you can get sick. The manager basically spoke highly of why the wings are soft and mushy and the only way to get them crispy is running them through the oven twice, well why didnât you just do that? I mean you have to be a special kind of dumb to know the wings arenât cooked correctly and still not do it. So they much rather get a high off ppl calling and complaining & if you love their wings, you most definitely canât cook. Anyway I see why they have âpizza insuranceâ take advantage of the offer, I will. Also go inside to get your pizza, when youâre not watching them make your pizza, thatâs when they donât care. Quality control should be number 1-3, they donât look at the food and go that should go back inside longer or this doesnât look good, they are like robots and just follow the directions. Any job you work, you have to do more, you donât do less, and this here pizza restaurant does the least. Do I hate the chain? No! I actually never ate Dominoes Pizza until I ate it in Montana and it was very tasty and cooked right, so yes Dominoes have good pizza, it just has to be made right and with care. This one here in Goshen, the ratings is 3.2 on Google, thatâs a low score for a place of business that cooks food, and that low score is because they donât care. So Iâm definitely taking advantage of âpizza insuranceâ basically a free replacement pizza, go inside to watch them make it, and will not order anything else from this particular location. The employees know nothing about making...
Read moreWe ordered online and carried out. Simple right. We were early by 3 minutes according to the tracker app. It was 12 minutes late. As we waited we saw 2 people come in and leave...not a hello to them. They left angry and hungry. Finally got our food...we are missing a pizza. We say "Hey...we are missing a piece here" They start opening our boxes...not a word to us as they just walk away. Not ONE word. We're like...hey...are you making another one or is it coming...." Not a word. (What is going on here) The gal (who appears to be the mamager wearing black shirt) tells the other one ..."I think (some other employee) took the wrong one. " She continues to work. Not hey stop him...they got the wrong one.. just silence.
Finally we are told. 8 more minutes. Not .."Hey sorry" just ..8 more minutes. I asked why they would not talk to us. Nothing. So I said it louder. .nothing.
Then ...asked if they were going to give us some kind of a credit. 3x trying to ask. Finally the gal said the manager next to her ..."i think they are talking to you" She ignored her.
4 minutes later the manager walks over to the computer..types a bit..turns and says.."I gave you a $10 credit"
No apology...nothing more.
Finally.. We get the pizza. Still on trend not another word. Mute and mute had zero courtesy.
Truly wins the award for the worst service ever received by a...
