I understand they’re short staffed so I put an online order in knowing I wouldn’t get there until 30 minutes after the order was put in. When I arrived at the location my order wasn’t ready but I saw the line around the building and the line in the store and figured I’d give more grace and wait. Here we are now almost an hour later and my order isn’t out. I go to the counter to ask and the young lady at the counter was really nice and was trying to figure out why it wasn’t out yet, but then some older lady (maybe a manager?) tells her that she needs to worry about walk-ins and not mobile orders. She said I would need to wait. -after I waited an hour already… I used to love Dunkin. I don’t know if it’s the management or what but when you walk in the building and staff are talking about how happy they are to be quitting you know there’s a problem. Read moreService here has gone steeply down hill as of the past few months. They went from consistently getting my orders correct, to screwing them up frequently. At this point, I refuse to go here any longer. On top of that, their mobile ordering NEVER works. Used to work every day. I've tried every single recommendation they've given me, none have worked. I've heard the employees shut it off because they don't want to deal with it.
Today I thought, I would give them another chance. I hadn't been there in a couple months. There was a very long line in the drive-thru (which I can forgive), then they overcharge me for an extra item, I have to have them refund it (they're not able to put it back on my DD card, so they have to give me cash), then I get my food, and the Ham/Egg/Cheese/Crossaint that I get is completely cold, was never heated up, AND the coffee that I ordered isn't right, and has sugar in it. It took 5 tries to order with the rep not able to understand what I was saying - and trying to confirm but getting g it wrong several times. When I got to the window, she had left off one drink (after confirming that order twice) so while she was trying to make the drink another female employee who was wearing a shirt just long enough to cover her breasts but little else was standing completely in the way with her arms up and stretching while two male employees were taking a step back to admire the show while also standing in the way. The only employee who was actually working handed our drink out as my daughter realized that a croissant was missing. When I brought it up she was ready to run my daughters debit card a second time.
