Elmo's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Goshen

Elmos in Goshen is good. Prices are great if you want to eat for cheap. I like the chipotle sauce better than Subways. I do think that their subs are better than their lunch/dinner pizza, but the pizza is still decent. I haven't tried any breakfast Items yet. I like to get a Turkey Tempter salad with chipotle dressing, bosco sticks, a quesadilla, and a large fountain all for like 18 bucks. My husband likes to do they Turkey Tempter sub minus the bacon for 10 bucks. We order usually once a week. Ordered a pizza and wings for dinner online. Went to pick it up and they gave away my order. They never offered to make another pizza or anything, no offer to pick something else or anything, just gave me $10.00 in gift cards. My order was $15.00. When I ask for my money back, which again, they didn’t offer me my money back, I was told they could not refund me there. I was told to leave my info and they will issue a refund to my debit card. Way below average 👎 We ordered a supreme pizza with green peppers and onions only on half and added black olives on the same half.
