Biscuitville — Restaurant in Graham

This location still has issues and overly high prices. I placed an order in the drive thru. Still have to wait in line on the main street. Here is a little advice, for this location- shut down the dinning room during the busy hours and make it a true dual lane drive thru like chickfila. Todays meal issues are more of their same problems, no one takes the order correctly and then you get over charged for what you get. i ordered a single biscuit with gravy on the side, a side of ham, and a large sweet tea. there were 3 problems on this simple order. i did not receive my ham, instead they gave me a very thin piece of sausage , 2nd issue, they charged $2.59 for that very thin sausage, true price should be around a $1 for how small and thin it was. the 3rd issue is they only put about 3 pieces of ice in the large drink. They charged $9.90 for the order, the percieved cost to them was maybe $ 2.50 to $3.00, so they had a profit margin of around 300 to 400 percent. Granted they have to pay labor, but i guess maybe 80% of all profit goes to the buisness owners.

This location is getting worse. Have not posted in a while, giving them a chance to get things corrected, but they have not done so. I ordered a simple breakfast and it was no given out correct. my order was biscuits and gray. side of ham, extra crispy hashbrown and large drink. First i did not get a hashbrown it was left out, the side of ham was a very thin slice like a shaved deli ham, that they charge over $3 for it. The ham was wadded up an stuffed in a gravy cup. They did not put any ice in the drink. The drive thru is as bad as always, lined up out on the street to either be hit or haraessed by the police for being in line. When will Biscuitville ever get things correct?? This location has very little parking so going inside to eat is almost not an option.

I don't have any pictures this time, but they may not have done Justice for anything on this review. My service animal and I wear at Biscuitville today for a quick meal. After we ordered our food and sat down I realized I had the wrong order. Instead of the pancake sausage platter which I ordered with the front cashier, I had the bacon platter. When I checked my receipt, the receipt was also labeled as a bacon platter and I know absolutely for sure I ordered the sausage platter. The pancakes were rather dry and there was not but two pieces of bacon and about a half a scoop of eggs. We go to a LOT of Biscuitvilles. While the food is always great, the atmosphere and attitudes aren't. I have to say, every single person at this location was so kind and polite! It sure was a pleasure being treated like a person instead of a job. I sat and watched everyone for a while. These people were gracious and kind to every customer coming and going. Rushing to open the door, bringing food to their tables just out of kindness, not because it's required. It was a happy and cohesive attitude among all the employees I watched. It's so refreshing to walk in, see the friendship, see the caring for their jobs and to experience this. Thank you to whoever the manager is and to all the employees at this location. We will definitely be visiting this one more often. Kudos to this...
