Your pizza is great! However employees with good listening skills are in danger of becoming extinct! Two times ago when I went in to eat someone actually brought me chicken FETTUCCINE Alfredo, when I asked for a chicken Alfredo PIZZA! Nowhere in there did I say I wanted fettuccine noodles on a pizza! Tonight for the first time I ordered delivery. Pizzas were correct, however I went above and beyond repeating my order of condiments FOR A PARTICULAR REASON. I even told them, that their tip, depends on if everyone of those things are in the box,... simply because I did not want to hear the excuse again of it being somebody else's fault, as to the reason why they weren't brought! I'll be damned if that's not exactly what happened! The delivery driver said they didn't packet or even tell me it was supposed to go in there! So I look at my receipt and lo and behold, it is not on my receipt. I asked the driver if he had plans on coming back this way and if so would he bring those things. He said that they were closing and unless I called and the manager told him to bring them back,... then no he would not! I called the store and spoke with the same person that took my order and she said the packaging people did not put the items in that I was supposed to have! So there it is folks, is the classic blame game! I asked her if her store in tended to compensate me for this and she acted offended as if such menial things did not warrant being re-compensated for my meal and said let me call my manager and I will call you back. She did call back and was very careful to say the next time I order, my PIZZA, would be free as in SINGULAR pizza. When in fact, I ordered two pizzas! The two intended items were to be disbursed one for each pizza. While it may seem menial to you, it isn't for me and I liken it to ordering shrimp and having no shrimp sauce! The ranch dressing was for the chicken Alfredo pizza and the marinara was for the pepperoni pizza. I ordered it like this because of a lack of consistency when making the pizzas and sure enough both pizzas lacked both sauces and could have easily been solved with the ranch dressing and marinara that I ordered which was my whole purpose for ordering it! And for the straw that broke the camels back I repeated my order twice and had the girl who took my order repeat it back three times, I double stressed that I really needed those condiments and was assured that they would be there. All in all I have two medium pizzas that for my particular taste are ruined over something that could have been avoided by proper listening skills and re-checking and order before it leaves the store! Read moreI have never been treated this way at any establishment. I work in customer service so I am very understanding about certain situations. I would never have treated anyone the way I was treated. First I check what time establishments closed- This one said on google that was going to close at 9:30pm. I hate ordering close to closing but my job kept me later than I thought. I had the pick up time for 9:15, I received the confirmation email after ordering it on their website. I called at 8:50pm only to be told that they were closed. I explained I had placed an online order. They found it and proceeded to tell me to head on over and they will get it done. Only to be lied to. My time and gas wasted. I even had waited since I was there earlier than I thought I would be. When I called at 9:15 to inform them I had arrived I got a man on the phone telling me they are closed. I explained that I was the one from earlier only for him to come back rudely saying they are closed again. Not apologetic, and extremely rude when I was the one lied to and inconvenienced, yet they couldn't even act apologetic? I would not have cared if they told me they couldn't do the order IN THE FIRST CALL. But, they did not do that. This is the worst customer service I have had. Dirty tables everywhere.asked if I could sub gluten free crust due to having celiac I've never had a problem before they just do an upcharge not here. The lady had to ask the manager and when she came to the counter had a nasty attitude asking me what my problem was. I explained I have celiac need gluten free was told they would not upccharge the lunch had to buy separate ok fine. Ordered a salad no croutons gluten allergy came with croutons was told by manager to pick them off um NO. Watched the cook in the back make my pizza with same gloves as touching other dough again a big no that's why I explained the gluten ALLERGY. Again the young brown hair female manager seen no problem here. ALL the other ones I have been to are not disrespectful to a gluten allergy that's why I always eat there. Big mistake to eat at the one in Granbury. And again shame shame on the manager for being so nasty and rude. If your having a bad day work in the back not with the customers also thanks for setting my disease that I can not help off and making me have a bad day because you didn't care about making my 23.00 SMALL pizza right.
