Just ordered a delivery from Panera and this isnt the first time this situation has happened either. 1st when we are ordering they say they don't have the regular sized cookies so we just get the mini pack then they call us to tell us that they dont have any of the minis but they have the regular sized ones.. and I'm ok with not having cookies but Panera BREAD said they are out of bread. I'm sorry but you should have the one thing that's in your name. When the food arrives my boyfriends food was wrong. And is taking over half an hour to get a new order.. if you are delivering food you should make sure its correct before you send it out. And dont EVER get salads to go from here because a "whole" salad is actually the size of a quarter salad. And not only that there were no croutons in the salad, like there should be, but the dressing ramekins were only filled a quarter so I could barely get any dressing on my salad. Complete waste of money. We keep doing delivery hoping they improve because we have a puppy who gets very anxious when we leave so we do this to make it easier on us, but clearly they will...
Read morePlus sides: comfortable seats, fireplace on in the cold weather days, free refills, microwave capable, nice glass storefront. But I was disappointed with my pick 2. I asked for dine in, I got take out, I asked for extra Lettuce, tomato, onion…They forgot, I wasn't asked if I wanted chips or apple for bread w my pick 2 so I had to ask for a bag of chips. The salad pieces were wilted and blackened and unwashed, the soup in the tiny container was 3/4 full in the already minuscule cup, I didn't get any utensils for my soup but just a fork for salad, barely any feta cheese but maybe 10 crumbs for my Greek salad, French onion soup had tiny flakes of gruyere cheese if any, and my table was dirty. I cleaned it myself. Panera is one of my favorite places to eat in the US across the states but this one in Grand Forks was disappointing. I wish they would listen to the orders more carefully whether it’s take out or dine in, wash the veges and throw out the blackened and wilted pieces of lettuce, and fill the cup to the top for soup bc the cup is already tiny. Sad former Fan of Panera. I hope my next...
Read moreGreat place for something different. I like the seasonal menus when they come out. Food is great and the staff is fun. Very quick service. I wish they'd bring back the zero or low tea drinks. The super charged leomades are nice, but to much sugar. UPDATE: July 12th, the Black Forest and gouda melt was very tasty and a great compliment to the tika marsala soup. Great variety and keeping the menu fresh. 8/11 UPDATE- the new melts are fresh and tasty. Really enjoyed the turkey chili, great taste, flavor packed, but not overly spicy. Keep bringing us surprises. Oct 19th, a must try is the autumn squash soup. One of my favorite soups they have at Panera. The sunflower seeds add a nice crunch factor and it's not overly sweet. DEC 16TH UPDATE: I really enjoyed the 4 cheese souffle, tasty, creamy eggs and a nice crust. I'm glad they moved the supercharged drinks to the back. I'd like to see the old drinks come back, more sugar free or low sugar. UPDATE Feb 3rd, great breakfast sandwiches. Packed with flavor and...
