JCPenney — Local services in Grand Forks

I can't knock these guys too much, as they sell 501s, have Sherpa denim jackets, and they carry the brand Adidas, unfortunately not Adidas sambas, which everyone should carry. The issue I had with this store is that it seems like you can't find people to help you. Sometimes it's so big and it's easy almost to get lost in this place. They have a ton of merchandise, and I'd say as far as the clothing is concerned, it's mostly premium priced, so nothing spectacular here, but they had a couple of deals. It's all top quality as far as I can tell, it's funny about customer service because you can't find anyone until you start looking around the store by yourself and then you got they're asset protection or employees geeked out watching you. Like, I can't help it if I fit a certain stereotype, but I would certainly drop the concern of losing your merchandise and invest it back into your employees to make them happier or cut some prices there. A very good what I call a department store with many different types of household and clothing goods to include shoes and men's suits. I like shopping at JCPenney's because I am a larger person who needs clothes in larger sizes and Penney's provides a great selection and many different styles for both men and women. They also have a great selection of ties and accessories like belts, socks, etc. But Penney's also has a home wares department which is quite extensive and a makeup department for the ladies. There is a in store hair stylist department and many other areas of the store which are to many to list. So if you're looking for a great shopping experience give JCPenney's a try. And remember it's connected to Columbia mall with many different shops and a food court as well as restaurants that are around...

Well one lady must of thought I was very important. She fallowed me everywhere and only would had me two items to try on at a time. She then rudely told me she has to check the dressing room every so often so when I was showing my girlfriend and kids my new outfit she went and snooped in my dressing room to see if I was stealing. If it wasn't for the great deal I got on winter clothes I woulda left the $400 I spent there in my pocket. But know I will never spend another dollar in the grand forks, north dakota jcpenney's.
