Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Grand Haven Charter Township

I ordered a pretzel pizza with ham. No pepperoni. What I got? The thing came out with pepperoni. Lots of Pepperoni!! Round 2. It came out HOT & Over loaded with multi color cheese & skinny strips of ham. (Like the ones in my dogs dry dog food pouch🙊) So, it seemed Normal for a Little Caesars pizza.😉 Good. When I Got settled in to a parking spot at the beach, to watch the sun set over Lake Michigan, I tried to pull off the 1st. warm slice. HA! 😵🤦🏻‍♀️ The pizza was NOT sliced! UGH!! I tried to ripping it. Bending it, ect. But only seemed to evoke memories of childhood Days of finger painting everywhere but on the paper & just making a mess. This was my first Pretzel pizza and I didn't know they used Liquid, tasteless "cheese." That stuff's mushiness is off the chart! And some crumbly, powder stuff all over the crust/pretzel that I thought was going to be SALT. NOPE! No taste at all... Stuff. 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️ You got me! Anyone know what it is? I'd like to know! I gave the store a call and the did the usual, "Don't you have a knife? 🤔 Let me see? NOOOOO!!! 😵🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🙄 " WELL, just bring it back in and we'll fix it. " " UM. No thank you. I would like a replacement pizza at another time. Because I cannot get back there AGAIN tonight. May I speak with a manager please?" All was handled and in a few weeks, when Little Caesars pizza calls again. I'll have my coupon ready and try something new...

Placed an order online and it said it would be about 20 minutes. I left to get it once I got the email saying the order was ready. When I got there, the order wasn't in the portal. The young lady at the counter apologized and said the order would be done soon. I asked if they had already been working on the order before I got there and she said yes. But it took over 20 minutes before the order was done, so I'm guessing they actually did just start the order.

Absolutely garbage. Lady I spoke with did not know whether or not she could modify the orexel crust, and would just stand there and eventually said yes. Then I placed an online combo and walked in and told her to modify the pepporoni to cheese and she said "oh is that what were asking? We can't do that." Then I got the manager so she could cancel my order since I am a vegetarian and she proceeded to tell m " so I know how to cancel it but I just don't do it enough." Even the manager can't help me.
