We visited the BWW's around 9pm, my youngest son chose here for his birthday dinner. Talk about disappointment though. The hostess seated us at a handicapped table at our request (I'm in a wheelchair) but didn't move any of the chairs for me so I had to ask her to move them. Our server was nice and fairly prompt throughout our visit. When the food arrived we began to dig in, excited because we were super hungry. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich which was mediocre at best. My breaded chicken breast was flat! I guess for the price ($11.99) I expected a nice, thick and juicy breast (Wendy's across the street has way better chicken on their sandwiches, by far). It had a small drizzle of medium buffalo sauce and a small drizzle of ranch on it, definitely had to ask for more sauce to add to it. The lettuce was warm and wilted and I had one wee slice of tomato in the middle. Just not the greatest choice on my part, I guess. Then comes the french fries on both my son's plates. Ew, just ew. They tasted old and were so hard and crunched like they were eating a plain bag of chips. Our server was kind enough to replace the fries for a batch of fresh, hot crunchy potato chip crusty fries. Not much better for a replacement. The boneless hot chicken wings my youngest ordered were not tossed in enough sauce, were partially dry on the bottoms, leaving him to eat only 4 of the 6 nugs. Thank goodness they enjoyed their burgers otherwise we would have had to stop at Franco's on the way home and dinner would have been well over a hundy doll hairs. No bueno... Onto the environment. The speakers were so loud in there we had to holler at each other to talk for the entire time we were there. Our waitress had to ask us multiple times our order because we seemed to be at the actual baseball game that was on most of the TV's in there. But the worst thing was the music playing in the kitchen, we could hear it playing loudly, even through the loud speaker baseball game, so annoying. You should NEVER hear music coming from the kitchen in any dining establishment. Listen to music, sure, but I don't need to hear it, especially since the volume was on turbo in the dining areas. The pricing for the food seemed like it was recently raised and the food just didn't fair well for the eyeball gouging prices. We won't be returning anytime soon that's for sure and we don't recommend wasting your time or money...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBrought my family to this location for my wifeās birthday. It was busy, which is not an issue, it was Saturday and the afternoon. Many families were dining which is to be expected. We were told 10-15 minutes and got seated early. Problem was, that though we were seated early our they were not ready to accommodate our families needs. A high chair. No kids menu. Which makes sense because it was so busy. The reason for the service score is because we were called to our table when obviously the servers were not ready. My wife asked for a cherry coke, to which the waiting staff started that they didnāt serve cherry coke, once again not a problem. I asked if they had grenadine and the waiting staff member said yes, rolled her eyes and walked away. At this point we were still happy with being able to eat wings as we have eaten at this location before and had a great time. My wife asked if they were able to track down a high chair and they started to justify the situation by saying they threw some out. Which wasnāt the question. They were not ready to seat us, and I would be at that moment expected to eat my hot wings with my 1 year old that sticks everything in her mouth on my lap. When the waitress returned I asked for my check, willing to pay for the drinks that sat untouched in the center of the table. My wife and daughter got up and left. I waited for the check. It arrived and the waitress started that they took the drinks off of the check and I said thanks, picked up the receipt and as I was walking out heard her say over the ambience of the room ā kindness can go a long wayā and then stormed off. I took my 0$ receipt crumpled it and put it on the front desk before exiting. I never raised my voice, I didnāt make a scene, I simply asked for my check. If it is expected that I order even when not being accommodated I will do that next time, but I feel it would have been rude to eat and give a $0 tip which is what would have happened if I stayed. Her statement also made the neighboring tables look at me, which come on, Iām already not comfortable in public let alone being embarrassed in public because I received poor service. My tip I suppose would be to wait until you can serve a family before you seat them. Once again love the food, the atmosphere and every other staff that I have interacted with in the past there, just this one event and individual caused me to leave...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDo not go to this location. My husband and I went on Sunday, and immediately regretted it after we got our food. We drove an hour to go on a date here. The waitress was very nice and pleasant, and the food came out in a good time. Unfortunately, my issue with the place is it was so dirty. The wall by the booth facing the register where we were sitting was covered with brown stains and seemed like something leaked on them. The glass dividers above the seats across from us had smudges of where you could tell someone tried to clean them, but they did a poorly job. We were trying to eat, but there was a guy next to us vacuuming the place. Iāve never been anywhere where they are vacuuming as there are people eating. Worst of all was the food though. I ordered the Brisket Street Tacos, and when they came out they looked nothing like the photos online. Which is fine, most of the time they donāt. But it wasnāt just that they didnāt look like the photo, they didnāt contain what the description said and the tortillas were not even warm. The description says it comes with Cotija cheese, and 2 of my tacos came with absolutely none. One of them barely, and I mean barely just had any fine sprinkles of it. They also had smudged avocado on the side of the tortilla. If you looked at the photo online the avocado is at the bottom of the meat where you can clearly see thereās enough of it, but if you look at the photo Iām posting along with my review you can see on my tacos it looks like someone grabbed a spoon and just smudged some on the side of my tortilla. Not even in the actual taco, on top of all the other toppings. As my side I had Mac n cheese. It was very rubbery tasting, and the cheese sauce just wasnāt good. For my drink I had pink lemonade. The aftertaste was bad. I didnāt even finish it. I left everything half eaten except for the tacos. I wish I also hadnāt eaten the tacos because, or just had been here altogether. Iām not one to leave reviews unless they make an impression. Whether itās good or bad. And this one just had to be written. Aside from all of what I just said, the reason Iām writing this is because I got food poisoning from eating here. I woke up with diarrhea and immediately vomited after. Guess what I threw up? The taco meat. I will never come back here again. If theyāre able to have the outside lobby that dirty, I canāt imagine what the kitchen...
