Crumbl — Restaurant in Grand Junction

I have ordered cookies from here probably 10 times. This last time will keep me from ever ordering again.

I ordered online and it was set to Grand Junction, somehow apparently it went to somewhere other than Grand Junction. I sat in the parking lot for half an hour before I called to be like OK are you gonna bring them out… Somebody comes out takes information we realize when I check my bank account what happened. I show the girl working there how my phone has it automatically set to Grand Junction. I go to do a new order And it’s set to Grand Junction. I double checked that it was set to Grand Junction. She comes back out doesn’t offer to get me the order or do anything else other than tell me they can’t do anything for me. I can go call the store that it got sent to to cancel my order.

So now I have waited in a parking lot for 45 minutes didn’t get my order and have to deal with fixing this myself despite that it was not my fault. This is beyond lame. Not to mention she told me their website was having issues all day doing weird things. It’s crazy to me that they will screw up let their customer wait that long and still be kind about it and then not offered to do anything or help in anyway, not even fulfilling the original order now.

Ordered 4 cookies for pickup 8:30-8:45 and didn’t receive them until 9:45. Called twice (first call was placed 30 minutes after the designated pickup time ended) and we verified they were bringing them to our car, parked in front of the door to which they said they would in fact be bringing them to the car and we watched other cars receive theirs. After all, the curbside pickup does ask for model, make and color of your car but upon the second call, an hour after the designated pickup time ended, we were told that they don’t bring them to your car and that you’re supposed to wait up front for them (even though we saw other cars receive theirs). We even specifically asked the first time if there was anything else we needed to do upon telling them we were parked in their parking lot and they said no. During the second call, they said they had been ready for a while now (funny we never received a call and they never even looked for our car) but even 30 minutes after the end of the designated pickup time, they weren’t ready as they told us that on the phone. Ridiculous wait times and apparently you’re supposed to stand up front for 45 minutes to receive your order. What’s the point of even selecting a pick up time? Seriously, be prepared to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for 4 cookies and not even receive an apology....

I have quite a few reasons to give 2 stars. I am only writing this review in hopes that the owner will be able to improve the quality for future customers. First let me start with the positive things.. The store was clean and service was fast, that was the reason for 2 stars. The unfortunate things, the staff was not friendly and interactive. I'd never been to crumble before but I was having a pretty big birthday, I was turning 40, so I ordered your largest box with at least 1 of each cookie and then obviously several more. These were for a party and the only dessert I thought I needed due to them being so big. I was very wrong. Every one of the cookies was incredibly dry. Very very very ( I cannot stress this enough) dry. I threw out 8 cookies. So dissatisfied and disappointed, especially for the price. And lastly, this one got me.. I placed my order then another person came in after they already started putting my order together and ordered. They ordered 2 of the cookies I ordered (brownie) and I heard them tell this 2nd customer, there's only 1 left.
