This review is based ONLY on the fact that I have witnessed two employees wear gloves while operating the register. The most recent one came from the pizza assembly area to operate the register with his gloves still on. I had my two young boys with me, one of which was 3 years old and he was touching the buttons on the pin pad which seemed to irritate the employee a bit. he reached over and touched the X button on the pin pad. Which then left the residue from his glove on the button. (I also paid part cash part card by the way) So he was handling cash and the register with dirty gloves. And went back to the pizza assembly area when I left!!!! I used to work fast food and I was trained to take off my gloves when operating the cash register and to get new gloves after I was done and change my gloves if I was touching something else so it wouldn't get contaminated. We have gotten so sick from various different places in which now we don't go out to eat too often. We go here quite a bit because it's always good and we don't get sick. But this was just gross. I do not want to get sick because honestly we won't be coming back!!!!!
!!!!! Please teach all employees the proper way to glove and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFIRE! We followed all the directions, exactly, and had a FIRE in the oven. Drove back to Papa Murphy's and they happily replaced the Family size Meat Lover pizza, and explained we were the first family to report an oven fire, today. Repeat, TODAY. They had seen this before and guessed some of the fire-safe white trays did not have fire retardant on the bottom. Then they asked if we got the white tray wet. No we didn't get it wet. (I guess that removes the fire retardant...?) My question to them is "Why isn't there a huge sign on the front door warning families about fire?" Unbelievable. We've ordered from PM for years, so this wasn't some first-timer mistake with not taking the plastic off. Thanks PM for filling my house with thick smoke and screwing up my day. BTW, the clerk stated to get a free pizza you have to drive back to the store and let them see and trash the old pizza, so don't expect any compensation for your time, gas, inconvenience,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe ordered online on a Tuesday for their $10 Tuesday deals. We were given a pick up time of 5:45. We arrived around 5:50, and the building was packed. When we finally got up to a register to give our name, the order had not even been started yet. I get they were super busy related to the sale, but they were very disorganized and despite at least 10 employees working, no one seemed to know what each person should be doing. The food was great a always, but even after we left the store, went to Walmart to buy a few things, and came back, our order was still not ready. It was 6:30 when we finally had our order and headed home. They really need to put something in place to keep themselves organized for Tuesdays. They get very overwhelmed and can't seem to keep up. Under most circumstances would not be a huge deal but if you were buying for a family get together or birthday party, it would put you seriously...
