Drive thru experience this afternoon, around 2ish. Not very busy, only one person ahead of me in drive thru. I got 2 hard tacos which came wet and soggy and inedible. 2 orders of nacho fries, which look like the below shriveled mess. A beefy five layer burrito which had lettuce and was like a short little stump of a real beefy 5 layer. And lastly, a cheese quesadilla with black hair inside. I ordered and paid for a large Baja blast with light ice, and I received no drink at all. Upon discovering the dire state of our lunch once we arrived home, we promptly contacted the store manager who refused to do anything even with the receipt in hand, unless we physically drive all the way back and provide the receipt in person. Management is supposed to resolve issues, not contribute to them. Clearly, this place needs a quality check and new management. This isn’t the first time we’ve had this experience at this location, it is the third. However, this time was the straw that broke the camels back. People make mistakes one time, maybe two, but three times is a standard that defines your business. DONT EAT HERE unless you want to get SICK. I wouldn’t trust it.

It's a good Taco Bell. Everything is clean: floors, counters, tables, workspaces. It all looks great every time I visit. Employees have always been friendly and helpful. Orders have a high level of accuracy and if anything is missed it gets corrected with no trouble. Location includes a digital ordering kiosk, if one doesn't feel like talking. It has an open floor plan with one bench seat/chair seating arrangement that could hold a party of 8-10. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. Everything in the customer area is wheelchair or stroller accessible. if you do come with a young child, be aware that there is no changing table in either bathroom. Indoor or outdoor seating is an option. Drive-thru is well maintained. 👍🏼

I made a order on the Kiosk then waited at the register for several minutes before anyone saw me. I had ordered an Enchirito that was $3.79. I also ordered two Beefy melt burritos that were $2.00 each and some chips with nacho cheese. When an employee is brought my order up to the counter, he hardly said my name and tossed the bag onto the counter. When I looked in the bag, the chips had completey spilled out all over the rest of my food. When I took out My food, the $2.00 Beefy melt burrito had more meat and was bigger than the $3.79 Enchirito. A little bit of a rip off. Don't get the Enchirito.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I’m really really disappointed with my experience tonight, not only with the food quality but also the customer service. I went with my boyfriend around 10pm, and I know it’s late and they are busy but I was immediately met with attitude when I was checking my bag at the window before driving away. I noticed I was missing several items so I did not leave yet. I was missing a 5 layer burrito, 2 supreme tacos, cinnamon twists, and a chalupa supreme. I waited a while as they kept looking back and forth in my direction and then finally an employee opened the window and rudely asked “Are you checking if everything’s in the bag?” And I tried to be nice still because I know mistakes happen so I said “Actually yeah I’m missing…” and I listed what I needed. However the employee still wasn’t very nice in return and said “Okay l’m gonna need to see the bag again then” in a rude tone. I said he didn’t need to be so rude and handed the bag back. After a little confusion we did manage to get all of the items together and I got 2 free taco coupons and an apology in return. It was a nice compensation and I felt better and told them thank you and to have a nice night, but I then got home and saw that the 2 tacos I said were missing, were not made supreme, and had barley any meat. There were other flaws with the food but I feel like a Karen already so I will just say It felt like a let down to end up with the food I did, especially after everything that it took to get it, because it wasn’t...

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Noah is hands down the most disrespectful, lazy, and unprofessional employee I have ever encountered in ANY establishment, fast food or otherwise.

He acted like it was a burden just to take my order. No eye contact, no greeting, just a miserable, smug attitude like he couldn’t care less whether I was there or not. And when he messed up my order completely, he didn’t apologize, he laughed. Yes, LAUGHED, like it was a joke.

Let me be crystal clear, if Noah represents Taco Bell, then Taco Bell is failing on every level. This isn’t just poor service, it’s blatant disrespect and arrogance from someone who clearly thinks they’re untouchable.

If management has any standards, Noah should be terminated immediately. There are hundreds of people looking for work who would gladly do this job with basic human decency. Why is this guy still employed?

I won’t be back to this location until I know he’s gone. Period. If nothing is done, expect this review, and others like it, to be forwarded to corporate. This is...
