Subway — Restaurant in Grand Junction

After having to wait to even have someone talk to me, I spent 10 mins waiting while everyone frantically raced to make an order that they had forgotten to make, for a large party at that, and I was calm the hole time. I was finally asked what I would like and as I placed my order I could see that the priority was the large order only and not the customers in front of them. The were messy and irritated with me for asking for extra on my sandwich and they also gave me wilted spinach and used the last of bins instead of using the fresh ingredients. I left quietly and got home to stale bread, cold chicken and a mess . I called the store to speak with the manager and she argued with me telling me that she’s busy and that’s just how it goes. I told her that’s not a good way to do business and she should be offering me a sandwich and she HUNG UP ON ME! Beware of this store, these people do not care. They are disrespectful and will take your money fast...

Didn't go into the Subway used the Subway app to place a delivery order. Called the resteraunt to find out why the app said my food was: delivered and I had no food. The Subway Employee I talked to was AMAZING with her assistance we found that the app for some reason didn't keep the Apartment number so the diver couldn't deliver my food. However instead of the delivery driver taking my food back to the Subway and letting them know that they still couldn't find where to get it to they kept the food. The Subway Employee on the phone again AMAZING helped me by refunding the original order and I replaced my order. I do want to say the last time this issue accord the delivery driver instead of keeping my food stood in my small apartment court yard and yelled my name... I appreciated...

It's honestly the nicest Subway in town, second going to the one in Fruita. The atmosphere's really... Chill, kind of. The food's what'd you'd expect from a Subway, which is pretty good. Also, they put your sandwich in a little tray if you're dining in, which is nice. (But they replaced Mello Yello with Vitamin Water! Noooooooooo). Anyway, the place is clean, and the bathrooms are really nice. One thing that I would take a star off for if it weren't so funny, is that every once in a while the employees are... Less than pleased that you exist. Other than that, it's a nice little place to get lunch....
