My lunch today at Bravo Pizza was, in a word, awful. We saw cheese steaks on the menu and began to remember the lovely, juicy, hot and delicious subs from back home in New England. The sub sandwich we actually received was truly an abysmal disappointment, to say the least. Neither the young woman at the counter nor the 2 older men in the kitchen area could tell us what kind of beef is used in the steak subs. One said simply "steak kind", while another simply said they didn't know. What I received was a very average piece of bread with a very meager portion of dry looking "beef" and what appeared to be one slice of our requested American cheese semi-melted underneath. The worst part, however, was that under the cheese was a thick, gloppy layer of what appeared to be mayonnaise. I hate - no, I despise mayonnaise. NOWHERE on the menu boards or website does it say anything about the steak sandwiches being slathered in mayo. This being our first time at Bravo Pizza, we had no idea this was their usual practice. We returned to the counter with the sub, telling the woman that we cannot eat it with mayo; we received a blank stare that seemed to go on forever. She simply didn't know what to do, so we simply requested the sandwich be remade sans mayo. We got our new sub, and it actually looked worse than the original. The taste was just so blandly generic, cold and flavorless. We also ordered a "giant slice" of the Chepparoni pizza at a price of $6 per slice. A slice of cheese pizza was covered in pepperoni slices and a very small amount of cheddar cheese and placed back in the oven to warm. We were excited to try the pizza, until we received the grease-slicked offering at our table. The appearance alone was off-putting, but the taste was truly something unfortunate. The sauce was overly sweet and was loaded with garlic flavor; the cheese was a bit rubbery and lacked any flavor. The extensive swath of pepperoni was simply a receptacle for the enormous pool of grease swimming on our slice. The best part of the meal was the thin and slightly chewy crust under it all. In total, we spent $20 for the slice, the sub and 2 sodas. All in all, this local college hole-in-the-wall pizza place was...

Decided to take a chance on a place I hadn't been before mainly because, I had a hankering for some falafel and they were the only place in town that was open and had it on the menu. So I called up and placed my order. No hassle there. By the time I arrived it was ready to go. (approx. 12 minutes later)

Now here's where things get a little weird. After I asked for extra tzatziki, the person who was tasked with retrieving it for me seemed to be, putting it nicely, not in an expeditious mood. The kicker, and why this is 4 stars and not 5 stars, was that he could not even bring himself to look in my direction, let alone in the eye as he handed them to me. As he walked up to the counter he sort of rolled his eyes and looked away. Not very courteous or professional. I don't know if he didn't want to be there or was offended by my presence, but I don't care. I know my customers don't care if I'm not feeling it that day or if I feel some sort of way about them.

Other than that, good food and overall good service. I'll...

my wife and i HAVE loved bravo, But as with all companies your only as good as your last service.. Tonight (11-21-17 4:00pm), im disappointed.... we usually order 2 slices or a small pizza... but their pizza slices are HUGE, so tonight we ordered ONE specialty pizza (slice ) and it was almost half the size they always are... we get home and open our box to a huge disappointment ... i have a two strike rule with food service.... after a year of screaming their greatness to all who would listen..... im now telling the owners, don't slip in your quality , or quantity... consistency is key to repeat customers like us.... .... Wow... this was so much worse than I thought we just cut this small piece of pizza in half to share and the center of it is uncooked raw this pizza parlor that makes the best pizza in the valley the greatest dough and crust sent me home with an uncooked Pizza crispy on the outside raw...

Im from Jersey. I took my daughter home for a couple weeks and she has been craving pizza like the pizza back east/home! This is the closest we’ve gotten. She gave it a 10/10! The service and staff were nice and friendly. We got the 16’ spicy Italian! Update: I DONT KNOW what was wrong w me or if they have new ppl back there but it’s not that good. I been living here a years and I get annoyed when my child says she wants to eat here. I just ordered the spicy Italian AGAIN. It’s not enough cheese, it smells like tomato soup which tells me not enough effort went into that sauce. and the cost $26.00 was way over prized. That’s almost 30 bucks for a 16inch sub par pie. LEFT PIC IS BEFORE, 2nd is after

This was my second time eating at Bravo the first time I was amazed at how to food was! So so good 👍 tonight was horrible. I ordered the Gyro platter I barely got any meat and the meat I did get was so dry it was like eating jerky, I smothered it in sauce so it could be eaten :( but it was so dry I had to toss it in the trash, I got more salad then anything which thank God tasted so good. Not worth $16 (that was including tip)

This whole in the wall pizza place is so great. It's not a place you chill in, but is a place you get FULL at. I had the philly wit whiz (only place in GJ that offers that) and it was really good. The only thing bad about it was my roll was a bit dry, not off putting but not what you want in a philly. Then I had a GIANT slice of cheese, which blew me away on how yummy it was! Definitely check it out.
